Had the best experience this morning at GMC of Billings. Getting my oil changed my tires rotated but I also had a few other requests for them to take a look at. Not only did they take a look at some of the areas I wanted them to, they got underneath my vehicle with a camera and created a video where I could actually hear the mechanic talking to me about what he can see. Turns out everything was just fine. There were some areas that will need some maintenance further down the road and they could have told me it needed it now but they didn't very true and honest of which I appreciate! The customer service with Jonah never disappoints!!! All of the gentlemen that work in that service department are outstanding! More
When I tried to look at getting a better price the sales manager James actually became crappy with me. Actually was kinda of a xxxxx, but I purchased anyhow, I wanted the truck and I could not blame him for manager James actually became crappy with me. On their behalf I will say they met me on a Sunday which was very cool as I was coming from quite a long distance, of course why wouldn't they as they made as much for a used truck as they would have on a new one.( I paid just as much) The reason I am writing this is review is that I was happy until they broke a promise to send me the extra Key fobb. "I do not know where it is Neil, but there are two fobbs and I will find it and send it to you on Monday" " I know it is here somewhere because I drove this truck" Says James the sales manager, then all I hear is ghosts. The General Manager called me and promised to get back in touch with me the next day, that was 5 days ago.....Ghost..... The way I figure it is when someone gives you their word that really explains the character of the business. If I give my word then that is what happens, You can count on it, an agreement is an agreement. They have not upheld to their promises so as far as I am concerned you cannot trust a liar. So I do NOT reccomend a purchase from here. Lets face it people, we all pay too much for our vehicles, we know it going in, but we keep our word and purchase the vehicle if we commit, shouldn't we expect the dealership to keep their word??? Yes, I can afford to buy another key fobb, but why should I when I was promised by this dealer that I would be sent one? Far as I am concerned they are liars and I would NEVER purchase another vehicle from someone who has lied to me. Then, they do not even have the decency to make it right. A simple friggin fobb? After spending 56K on a used truck you would think.....There are many dealers out there folks, May I reccomend one with principles..One that keep their word, one with integrity that does not place a couple hundred dollars over the integrity of their business. My daughter (who lives in Billings ) was going to come down and purchase a new Yukon from these people, now she is driving here to Kellog to get one from Dave Smith due to a simple key fob..... Trip over a dollar to save a penny....Not a smart dealership. More
My husband had called a number of places to get a deal on tires handed up calling GMC in Billings and they said that they were running a promo and that if you pre-paid that day that they could schedule for h tires handed up calling GMC in Billings and they said that they were running a promo and that if you pre-paid that day that they could schedule for him to take advantage of their deal for Black Friday And when he showed up for his appointment, they said that it was a first come first serve basis and he got there at 9:45 and didn’t get his truck finished until 2 o’clock. He had to basically take off an entire day of work to get his tires And the worst part was that when he was signing the paperwork, he noticed that they had added on an additional charge for $240 that they never disclosed beforehand for what they said was balancing well when he said I’m not gonna pay that that’s crazy. What’s the point of this deal and the stuff that we’re doing if I’m gonna pay almost the same for just a balancing They came back and tried to say well he could pay half that and when he said no, I am not paying that then they agreed at that point to do it for no charge. It was super sketchy. They were super unprofessional. He literally lost out on an entire days of work, even though he had an appointment. It should not have taken that long and they should not be charging for balancing like that in order to make their cut, at the very least they should’ve disclose that before he showed up to get it done. If they offer you what they call a deal for the tires be aware that it’s a scam and they’re going to up charge in other places such as the balancing to make up for their deal that they’re running. Do not recommend there are plenty of other tire places that handle things so much more professionally and still offer a decent deal on tires.. More

Service was average, Patrick was great to work with. Rotated tires but did not change air pressure from front to back. Place is a joke Went in because add oil light came on again been in a oil consumption test for 2 1/2 years with Gmc Cadillac of Billings my brand new 2022 $90,000 pick up started off burning 8 quarts of again been in a oil consumption test for 2 1/2 years with Gmc Cadillac of Billings my brand new 2022 $90,000 pick up started off burning 8 quarts of oil in between oil changes now they have it down to five which now they are not doing anything for it talked to guy in behind window he pretty much said I’m on my own now after standing at service seat for over a half hour and all people just talking about me not to me right ya messed up right no one want to deal with me because I’m in there so often because of all the problems with my vehicle in which Gmc Cadillac of Billings will not fix now they won’t even talk to me about it. Messed up right I just want to inform people of these actions. Still waiting for warranty work on top of oil consumption in which people at the dealership will not even talk to me now about it so if you buy from Gmc Cadillac of Billings, warning, warning, warning, this is could happen to you too. Not a good experience. Brought it in twice to have the same thing replaced, and then they fried my ECM. After replacing it, they assured me it was done and someone had test drove it. Wrong. The check engine light was still on, and it wasn't starting correctly. Turns out they had not properly transferred the data on the ECM. A day later I pick it up, and it is still not running properly. Very frustrating. Patrick at the service counter is helpful, but they clearly did not follow GM procedures when working on my vehicle. This has been going on for three months. More
The dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks. My husband wanted to surprise me with a cleaning detail and paid $280.
