Mechanic seemed to do a very good job compared to the Mom-and-Pop shop mechanics I've used. He was able to adjust the transmission so there is no lag when gears change during acceleration. Had never had anyone else find the problem and suggest this fix. Jeff, service rep, was very forthright and explained all the issues. My out of pocket cost was approximately $2500 plus there was warrantee covered work as well. So relieved I had a loaner car because it was in for repair for a week. I would suggest they always supply loaner cars. I loved the loaner so much (Acadia SLT) that I am considering getting this vehicle next. More
