I routinely bring my GMC truck for service to GMC of Watertown and either Jeff or Ian always checks me in quickly and helps out in any way possible. One time I had to remove my plow in order to get my truck serviced and they accommodated me so I didn't have to reschedule my service. These guys have been there for YEARS, indicating that they are a good company to work for... I like the consistency with the service department and the fact that they are very knowledgable about their vehicles. Reasonable pricing, excellent service; fantastic communication(s) they are 100% legit. Again, always willing to help and won't waste your time; I will only go here to service my truck - don't forget to ask if you have any points that you can use toward your bill! Whenever I have to go upstairs to buy parts, get a key made, or get my paint color code, the parts dept. guys are also on the ball, knowledgable, and very helpful. Thanks again. More

The service work on the vehicle was complete, included oil change and fuel injection service work. The tasks were completed, like any other dealership you go to, you pay more than you should for the work oil change and fuel injection service work. i had the worst experience with this dealership. i have taken my suv here for years (5 total) to get serviced and repairs. this last experience was by far the worst. the service department was rude i have taken my suv here for years (5 total) to get serviced and repairs. this last experience was by far the worst. the service department was rude to both myself and my father at the time of drop off and pick up. they were not busy so there is no excuse. i had to still pay $200 for them to tell me what i already knew was wrong with the car. i will NEVER go back to this dealership for any type of service or ever buy another car there. which i am in the process of buying a new car and they will not get my business. do not take your vehicle to get serviced here. it's the worst place. Not happy at all. Spent over 7000 the past 2.5 months for me moms 2012 Terrain. First they 'Cleaned the fuel injectors in Jan. And got my wife to spend an extra 2000.0 Spent over 7000 the past 2.5 months for me moms 2012 Terrain. First they 'Cleaned the fuel injectors in Jan. And got my wife to spend an extra 2000.00 on 'suggested' work. Mom's car broke down in April. Codes stated it could be a bad spark plug. They diagnosed, for over 450.00, that fee injectors were needed. Then, at the end, they said the spark plug was bad, so an extra 300.00. I told them about the spark plug issue. Spent over 7,000.00 in 2 1/2 months. Terrible.. We'll never go there again. How are you accrediting them? Never sent service estimates, is that the norm? More

Very easy scheduling the service for my vehicle. Service Department was also accommodating in giving a sample of the fluid from my service.
