A Happy Family from Ballard !!! We decided to take a road trip from Ballard to Lakewood to check out a first car for my daughter. We contacted GT Auto to take a look at an '07 Jeep C We decided to take a road trip from Ballard to Lakewood to check out a first car for my daughter. We contacted GT Auto to take a look at an '07 Jeep Commander that appeared to look pretty nice on their CL ad. James Williams was our contact. When we arrived, the crew there was very professional and polite. The Jeep was clean, seemed to be in good condition...so we took it for a test drive. From the beginning, I could tell that James was knowledgeable in cars and had experience working with customers. We decided to make him an offer, and he made it happen ! Happy teenage daughter !!! Then my wife noticed a 2012 Audi Q5 that was loaded and had low miles...54k. She has been driving our family 2000 Navigator since 2001, so she has been long overdue for a newer, dependable car. James was also very helpful in explaining the differences and features that this SUV had over the others. We felt very comfortable in working with him, and the entire dealership...they were all awesome ! Little did we know that we'd be leaving our family station wagon there as a trade in towards the newer '12 Audi...but we did !! What a great experience working with James and the crew.
