We have taken our car in twice to repair a “hesitation/jerking/ burping” from a cold start. After spending $3,000 on “repairs”, the problem reoccurred on Sunday.
The problem is not resolved. I called your Service Dept on Monday and asked the lady to please have someone review our repair records and try to determine what the problem is and why your $3,000 repair job did not fix the problem.

I needed a routine service, and after some bad experiences with the Chevy dealer I went here. Fit me in the same day. Looked over truck. Didn’t try and upsell on anything that wasn’t really needed. Great service and customer service.
They were courteous to me repaired my vehicle very quickly. They explained what was wrong with the vehicle and the inspection that wad done. They took cate of all of this even though I did not have an appointment.
