"Knowledgeable, Professional and friendly"

We were visiting our son at University of Florida and heard some strange noises and felt vibrations from our Buick Enclave's engine when accelerating. Employees Kim (so friendly with her welcoming smile) and Tim (knowledgeable determining the motor mounts were causing the issue with the engine and easy explaining the complicated repair plus calming our nerves from being out of town). Our family was delighted we were in good hands with Gainesville Buick GMC and happy we crossed paths with such helpful caring employees Kim and Tim. Thanks again

"Sour taste in mouth"

While my sales associate was good, when there was a slight malfunction with the car and called to get it fixed within 3 days of purchase and without cost, they were unwilling to do anything about it. Highly disappointed and infuriated.

"So Impressed = Kyle Provided Amazing Service at Body Shop"

Highly Recommend!!! Concierge type service from Kyle Holsombach of Gainesville Buick Body Shop. My 89 years old mother had her vehicle rear ended. We took her car into Gainesville Buick Body Shop, which handles many different Brands & Models of cars, including VW. From the moment my mother walked in, she was warmly greeted, to Kyle and his team taking the time to walk my mom through their inspection of the vehicle, the importance of the photos, plus explaining the entire process in step by step detail. Our insurance adjuster was familiar with the Gainesville Buick Body shop, and was more than pleased to work with them. We were updated at every step, including when additional hidden damage behind the bumper was found. Best was that this location has Rental Vehicles available on site, which meant we did not have to Uber/Lyft to an off site location. When we picked up the car, Kyle did a walk through of the paperwork and car to point out the quality of the work. Will recommend Buick Body shop to any one of our friends or family that needs auto body repair. Great Experience!!!! Thank you!

"Problem is not resolved"

We have taken our car in twice to repair a “hesitation/jerking/ burping” from a cold start. After spending $3,000 on “repairs”, the problem reoccurred on Sunday. The problem is not resolved. I called your Service Dept on Monday and asked the lady to please have someone review our repair records and try to determine what the problem is and why your $3,000 repair job did not fix the problem. No phone call back yet??
