My credit score is very good. The interest rate I received is horrible. On delivery of the vehicle it did not have a full tank of gas and was not detailed. I scheduled my appointment for my 2023 GMC Denali online for 10am on July 1, 2025. I arrived at 9:50 am. The service advisor promptly greeted me and entered the information for the appointment. An oil and c for 10am on July 1, 2025. I arrived at 9:50 am. The service advisor promptly greeted me and entered the information for the appointment. An oil and cabin air filter change. I told the service advisor that I would waiting for my vehicle. He said it would be ready around 11:45 am. Ok, I brought work with me so no big deal. At noon I started wondering what was going on but I understand that they were busy. Most other dealerships will come let you know what is going on but not here. At 12:15, I went to ask what the status was. My service advisor was not around. They said it would be another 10 minutes. At 12:35, I want back and asked again. They said they just had to change the cabin air filter and they would be done. At 1pm, I went back and my service advisor said "I was surprised to still see you here, sorry I had something come up". Now that is ridiculous...not good customer service at all. By the time I left it was 1:12...1 hour and 28 minutes after they would it be done. If they would have just communicated and let me know what was going on....customer service 101. I travel all over the US and this has been one of the worst dealerships that I have been to. Not to mention, there was oil smudge marks all over my hood. I will definitely not be going back to this dealership. I told the service advisor that, his response, "Sorry you feel that way". More
