Problem is not resolved We have taken our car in twice to repair a “hesitation/jerking/ burping” from a cold start. After spending $3,000 on “repairs”, the problem reoccurred on Sunday. The problem is not resolved. I called your Service Dept on Monday and asked the lady to please have someone review our repair records and try to determine what the problem is and why your $3,000 repair job did not fix the problem. No phone call back yet?? More
