Terrible. A waste of money and time The service department is a joke. I was told by another swevice cwnter I need upper and lower ball joints, control arm and bushings. I decided to take The service department is a joke. I was told by another swevice cwnter I need upper and lower ball joints, control arm and bushings. I decided to take it to the delearship thinking they would service my vehicle better since it is a late mode GMC. They told me I didn't need bushings but they quoted prices for everything they found, so I let them "fix" my vehicle. I kept hearin the same noise that I originally heard, took it back and they had to dix it due to a manufacturer defect. I had to take my car back a total of 5 times and now they are saying my bushings are bad and need to be replaced. I told the service guy that I was told by the other service center that in the beginning but you guys said that it wasn't the issue. I have ended up spending more money with them than the other service center quoted and now they are suggesting $1441.42 in additional services. Won't make this mistake again! More

Service/Warrenty Service. Documents from sale of vehicle Where do I start? Least my vehicle October 2015. Purchased the vehicle April 29, 2018. As of today, June 30, 2018 I still do not have copies of titl Where do I start? Least my vehicle October 2015. Purchased the vehicle April 29, 2018. As of today, June 30, 2018 I still do not have copies of title nor tag registration nor does the bank that financed my vehicle for me, Campus Credit Union. Made numerous, and I do mean numerous calls to Gainesville Buick GMC requesting documents but to no avail! Called the leasing agency and they stated that vehicle lien has been released on May 12th and all documents were Fedx to Gainesville Buick GMC on June 9, 2018. Contacted Gainesville GMC and they state they have not received any documents from GMAC So where are the documents I requested? Still do not know! Service issues! Took the truck in for routine oil change and tire rotation Requested tire rotation and specifically asked to check the balance on the tires because there was a serious vibration in the vehicle at interstate speed! Upon returning home with serviced vehicle, I noticed the tires had not been rotated! Notified the dealership and they pick up my vehicle the next day and rotated the tires, and replaced the right front shock, but did not check the balance! Returned to the dealership Saturday, June 13 and notify them that the serious vibration was still there and had not changed much, especially at interstate speed! Specifically requested check out the balance on all four tires. Vehicle sat there from Saturday to Tuesday and was not moved! I was watching on my GMC mobile app! After calling and checking on my vehicle Tuesday, because I have not been contacted by the dealership, I was told they found nothing wrong with the vehicle! When I asked if it had been road tested I was told it had Ben while in fact my app showed mileage has not changed! Eventually several days later, after numerous calls to get this problem corrected, they finally did when I asked to begin with, and check the balance of the tires and found two tires defective. They were promptly replaced by the dealership manager. This could’ve all been avoided had they done what I asked them to check to begin with! Special note! Also Hunter was phenomenal and remains the same! I trust him completely! would definitely purchase from him again! As for the dealership as a whole? Undecided More
