No communication The service center lacks good communication skills. Was told sever times that they would take a look and get back to me. Never did. After sitting in the waiting room for 50 minutes with my 1 yr old, I went to ask what the status was only to find my van parked where I left it. No one had done anything with it! Requested a loaner and they told me they would take my van right back and call me with he solution/ time frame. Never heard from anyone until 3 hrs later when they called me to let me know it was done. A little communication goes a long way and they fell far short. Attitude also when I asked status.
