He was very informative and supportive but gave us the time and space we needed to make our final decision. We had already dealt with a lot of dealers prior to our arrival at G'ville Buick and it is unfortunate that there is reason for the general wariness a lot of us have for people selling cars. Kevin was a welcome antidote to all that for us. We ended up buying a 2017 Subaru Impreza hatchback with less than 5k miles on it for a very fair price. He also helped us with our trade in a way that made the process smooth, and about as un-stressful as a large purchase can be. The only thing that had us choose 4 over 5 stars is we did get a little of the "what will it take to buy today" routine on our first visit, but not from Kevin. All the other folks we dealt with were friendly and professional too, but if we go back to buy another vehicle we'll ask for Kevin. More

2014 GMC A/C known issue- refuses to provide a resolution I contacted this service department to inspect a known A/c concern . I advised Tim (a service employee) that I experienced an issue where I was dri I contacted this service department to inspect a known A/c concern . I advised Tim (a service employee) that I experienced an issue where I was driving and smelled what I believed was a chemical burning inside my truck. It was My A/C failling at 70,000 miles. I had the service department diagnose the issue, and they confirmed it is the condenser wouthout an explaination as to why the part faillled. The service department offered to repair the condenser for $1300. When I brought up that this failure is a known issue and when i wrote a negative reciew they offered to discount the repair by $300. I returned to this dealer 4/13 to have another set of recalls completed. Upon completion of the recalls I was asked to speak to Paul. He laid out that he does not like my review on Facebook and what could he do to get me to change my review. I was upset and attempted to explain my disappointment in the customer service I’ve received so far and the product I purchased. Paul is a predictor and was attempting to turn a known failure into a sale. He agreed that it’s a known issue in my meeting but still wanted me to pay for the repairs. When he realized I was not willing to pay he concluded he meeting promptly without attempting to resolve the issue. Issues with recall repairs also. 1) second trip for recalls that should have been completed the first trip because they knew I was coming in to have the recalls completed, but failed to have the parts available. 2) this trip was to have the seatbelt tensioner recall completed. The seatbelt tensioner recall was completed incorrectly. Upon leaving I adjusted my seat and heard a popping noise. I pulled over and the seat track was not secured properly. I returned and Tim took care of the seat. Paul and his staff provided poor quality work and is not an advocate of his brand nor his customers. I would not recommend buying products from GM or having any sort of interaction with this facility. More

TYPICAL DISHONEST DEALER TACTICS I was shopping for a NEW VEHICLE for my elderly parents and this dealer had one advertised with 17 miles. I called the dealer to confirm vehicle was t I was shopping for a NEW VEHICLE for my elderly parents and this dealer had one advertised with 17 miles. I called the dealer to confirm vehicle was there. I advised them I would be driving almost two hours to get there. When I arrived the vehicle has 4500+ miles on it. Salesperson says it was a demo car and never titled so still considered new. I asked about why not advertised as such any where and also about the mileage, he had only sorry excuses in between his mumbling. Very unprofessional, untrustworthy. Sales manager comes outside, he was even worse. Would give NEGATIVE STARS if I could. So I just received an email response from sales manager Tony Reeves, stating thank you for my email, it will be used to better train staff. I call BS. Here is why. Today 04/23/2018, more than three weeks later, the vehicle is still trying to be sold on their website with 17 miles. And another that had 4300 miles trying to be sold as 13 miles. Mr Reeves, have you ever attempted to be honest? The owner should be ashamed of hiring such dishonest people. I hope he genuinely does not know what is going on, because if he does, shame on him! More
