A young lady by the name of Jessie appear to be overwhelm with work which she voiced. I asked her if a sales person could giving me an overview of my vehicle features. She asked did I buy the vehicle here I told her no but it was my intentions to bring the vehicle here for service if I liked the service I was given. I told her that I owned a 2005 camry for 12 years and I only took that vehicle to the toyota dealership for service and it was my intention to do the same with this vehicle. She said they might do it if they are not busy but snice you didn't buy the vehicle from here they may not. She did provide fast service for my vehicle's oil change and tire rotation. As I being to leave I decided to stop and ask a sales rep to help me with the vehicle features at that time I met a nice man name AL who really knew the vehicle and help me get a better understanding of the vehicle features I really appreciate what he did to help me and he didn't give me attitude because I didn't buy the vehicle from there. He used wisdom and he understood that if I brought the vehicle there for service I would be back based on how I was treated. Because of him I will be back for service I only brought my vehicle there because I did read the customers reviews and I was impressed. Thank you Mr. AL for your help!!! Iamdalaw More

Even when the transport company I hired to pick up and deliver the car fell very short Josh jumped in the vehicle with my permission and drove it 1000 miles through the night so I would have it for my birthday weekend. Pricing was extremely fair and I was constantly updated on what was going on. Josh was one of the easiest sales guys to work with, very transparent and friendly. First Car Buying Experience! My wife and I were looking to buy our first vehicle. I looked on line and found exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. The fact My wife and I were looking to buy our first vehicle. I looked on line and found exactly what I was looking for at a very competitive price. The fact that the dealer offers a complimentary 150,000 mile power train warrant was very reassuring and made Gainesville Buick stand out from other dealerships. I called about 5 oclock and spoke to Stephen. He told me to come on over to Gainesville (we live in Perry) and take a look at the car. I told him that my wife was unable to come with me due to having to taken an online exam. Stephen encouraged me to come take a look at the vehicle and that there might be a possibility of being able to take the car home for a couple of days so that my wife could take a look also. After getting to Gainesville, Stephen introduced me to Matt who went with me on my test drive. After the test drive, I knew that I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Stephen then told me that I qualified to take the car home for a couple of days to try it out. Two days later my wife and I returned to Gainesville to purchase the vehicle. Even though the dealership was very busy (both days) we always felt like the staff was taking care of us. The dealership staff is very friendly, helpful, and honest. We never felt pressured into anything and we had purchased the car and were on our way home in about an hour and a half including having the car detailed.
