Morgan Meyers is unethical and untrustworthy. He tried to keep my vehicle, he took my keys and held them in his office and told me I could not get my car back unless I paid for my services in cas He tried to keep my vehicle, he took my keys and held them in his office and told me I could not get my car back unless I paid for my services in cash only. I told him this establishment takes credit cards and he told me I had to pay with cash only or he would not take my payment. I went to the Buick repair shop for a $70.00 oil change and was charged $270.00. I have never been treated with such disrespect and he told me he could do what he wants because it was my word against his word. He is a jerk, liar, unprofessional and unethical. Never will I spend another dollar at this dealership. Morgan would provide me with his business card or contact information to file a complaint. I had to find his contact info on my own.
