Tyler Meek immediately greeted us, was friendly and didn't act like the typical creeper car salesperson. He knew exactly what car we wanted, had actually worked with the guy who traded it in and assured us that he would do ANYTHING to make sure we got the car we wanted. He wasn't pushy, made sure to check our options so we didn't get our hopes up first , and then started working his magic to make the deal work. He was funny, charismatic and made us feel so comfortable. We are in our late 20's and many sales people tend to not take us seriously or treat us like we are stupid since we look young, and he never once made us feel that way. He allowed us to ask a million questions to help us learn the process (our parents had been more involved the last time we did this), so that we would better know how to do this the next time we buy our new car. We absolutely loved this place. People we never even met remembered us when we came in the next day to finalize everything and were welcoming and all said "Welcome back!" Our finance guy Scott, was also so helpful, kind and patient. He was very knowledgeable and also allowed us to ask a million questions. He got us a great deal with an awesome warranty that is usually difficult to get with a used vehicle and kept us in our monthly price range. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and my boyfriend is in love with his vehicle! More

My wife and I have been Buick owners for approximately 45 years. Until recently, the service at this dealership had deteriorated to the point that I changed to another automotive repair service. Since purchasing a 2014 Verano from Gainesville Buick last October, in my experience both the attitude, response and service improved greatly. Based on the substantial improvements, we just purchased a 2015 LaCrosse from this dealership.
