Kurt Amir greeted me enthusiastically when I arrived at GMC/Buick. Immediately he checked his used inventory for what I was looking for and did not have what I wanted. Rather than trying to sell me on a different vehicle or model, he immediately accessed their large database and searched for an SUV that met my needs. I liked that we were able to hang out in the showroom on the computer and look at photos in such a casual way rather than being persuaded to go to an office or even once asked what I wanted to spend. After speaking to my husband, we decided to look at a 2014 Yukon since the rebates were high with the newer 2015s coming in. Immediately I was shown a nice SLT trim package which boasted some similar features to the Denali. I only had a short period of time before I had to leave the dealer so when I told Kurt I'd have to leave, he asked if I'd like to take the Yukon for an hour or hour and half to run my errands. I was thrown back and pleasantly surprised that without knowing my intentions on purchasing that day, they would allow me to take the truck. Upon returning, we were able to look at some numbers and I have never felt so comfortable, with an auto salesman, to speak up and tell them what was or was not going to work for me. They were incredibly patient with me as I intermittently had multiple phone conversations with my husband who was in another state working. Kurt was very respectful of my husbands wants/needs even though he was not present and with the amount of time it took us to go back and forth on options and see other trim levels , not once did I ever get the impression that I was being annoying or wasting anyone's time. I also had my 3 year old along and she was not reprimanded for climbing around in the back of the vehicle or did he give her any less respect than me. I then had to pick my son up from school and again I was offered to drive the new Yukon. Had it not been for Kurt catering to my schedule and not making me feel pressured to make a decision, he would not have sold us the vehicle. As a woman, alone, I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable situation. Kurt is a charming, honest and smart guy. Mo, the finance man was the perfect end to the whole purchasing process. He went above his duties in more ways than one while we finished up the paperwork. He has such a positive and uplifting attitude. He really gave me a lot of great info about other financial areas and we had great conversations while signing paperwork. Considering it was getting close to closing time, I never once felt like he was ready to go home or tired from the day. He's a very wise, kind and talented man. With the few people I've had this very same experience with and would never remember their faces or name, I couldn't forget Mo. Lastly, to say we are 100% satisfied would be an understatement. I'm super excited to go see these guys again today as they are going to show me how to use all of the options in my new truck, another experience that with multiple brand new automobile purchases-- I've never had this helpful service either! As the former Vice President of Virgin Atlantic Airways with 23 employees, customer service was extremely important in the airline business. I was very impressed with Sam Esposito from the beginning to the end of our sales experience. I expected he was good as he was recommended to me by someone who previously worked with him at another dealership. Sam was on target with what I was looking for and did not waste my time but zoomed right in to the car that I bought. Once the purchase was complete, he went over every function of the vehicle with me, even programed my cell phone for me into Bluetooth. He not only had the car detailed but filled it with gas and had the oil changed as I requested as it had been used as a loaner and had 6800 miles on it. Matt know how to deal with people effectively and accomplish his financing task. He is so prudent in making sure he got us the best financial deal, he had same call us back after the transaction was complete and we were already home because he could save us another 500 plus dollars. Sam came all the way, 17 miles, out to our home to pick up the revised paperwork with my husband's signature to take back to the office. Now, that is 5 star customer service!!!
