After work my 3 year old SRX wouldn't start with the dashboard flashing lights and messages while the nav system screen bobbed up and down to a wooshing sound. I wasn't happy being stranded in a large mall's parking lot. I called my husband who called our favorite Service Tec (the ONLY one we'll go to,we've followed him from dealership to dealership) and Andy transferred him to Kim (the Service Adviser that I've been lucky enough to deal with for all service transactions like oil changes). Andy said it was the battery (it turned out that he was correct it had shorted cells) and Kim arranged for a tow truck and loaner rental car. Andy called me but before I could tell him where I was my phone went dead. Both Andy and Kim kept trying to reach me. I was finally able to borrow a phone and call my husband, telling him exactly where I was so he could pass the info back to Kim. The Tow Truck Driver was very polite and stayed calm with a storm approaching and my car stuck in park. He finally worked it out and got my car up on the truck and drove me to the dealership. Kim was waiting and had the rental car company there in no time. Next morning my car was repaired and I enjoyed chatting with both Kim and Andy before I was on my way. I wish it hadn't happened but since it did I couldn't have ask for two more professional, friendly and helpful people to deal with. More
I am giving this dealership an A++ if there was an option higher than “great” like totally awesome, outstanding or suburb I would have rather selected that. I had bought a Gmc Arcadia, in June, from these great folks...but found i was not able to see good out of the back window , bacause I am short and did not feel I had control of the suv..I tried everythin folks...but found i was not able to see good out of the back window , bacause I am short and did not feel I had control of the suv..I tried everything to make this Arcadia work for me and the Grand babies. One Friday night my husband and I was going to town and as I was driving , but as I looked behind me and put blinker on ,I started to move to next lane and was almost side-swapped by another car. Needless to say , the experience scared very much. I called Gainesvile gmc store on Sunday and ask to speak to manager ( which was Paul) , and told him about my experience and all the thing I had been feeling. He told me not worry and come the next day , they would help me. I came and was greeted by many of the employees( I listed) with a warm and happy welcome. Long story short.....they all worked together as a group to help me into a Chevrolet Captiva, which I love . Andrew was always asking how things were going and was always gracious to me. Martha was gracious as well and want me to be happy in what I choose. If my salesman Mike was busy Sam stepped right in to help. I think the staff did a very good job with overall process of buying this used car. I knew what I wanted before I went in and they pretty much met my objective. The only thing I did not like was they came in and kept giving me different prices for my trade in. It finally came down to the sales manager agreeing. I don't like going back and forth in negotiations, but I do understand it. I just wished they would have given there best offer first. More
I had a very pleasant experience with this sales associate. He was genuinely interested in helping me find the vehicle that I would be satisfied with. He is truly a customer relations person. Some sales associates are too pushy and is there just to sell a vehicle and don't care about the customer and their satisfaction. I didn't buy a GMC vehicle but it didn't have anything to do with the sales associate. He did everything that ho could have done to sell me a new vehicle. However I did buy a GM vehicle with which I am very satisfied. Also, I will be using Your service department for service to my new Chevy Tahoe. The knowledge of PJ was outstanding and never failed to give us an answer or comparison statistics when we asked. He was not only knowledgeable but friendly and comfortable to be around. I drove all the way from ocala to get my first oil change service on my new Mitsubishi sport Outlander, when i arrived to the location i enter and explain the reason of my visit, answer was no power change service on my new Mitsubishi sport Outlander, when i arrived to the location i enter and explain the reason of my visit, answer was no power ok so i decided to wait, because driving 50 miles to go back wasn't on my plan, i wait around an hour , David show saying powers back! ok k, 30 minutes after, job was done ,this guy came driving my suv so i went inside and take a chair David approach saying follow me to the cashier counter, service was $ 30.00, computer was down they said, i explain my concern about to have a paper work or receipt for the job done to keep a record and service , answer again computer down we may email it to you ! seriously don't even ask for my email after that, a this point i don t even know if they change the oil ? if they did, no way to know what kind they used, filter or whatever, and the very important part , my dash panel still showing service after 3000 miles wasn't modify for the next service no idea if this may affect the warranty with Mitsubishi. they can at least write a receipt by hand or something or make a copy of the paper David turn to that counter, thats say a lot about the customer service, was horrible my perception about that place, i thought was more professional with high standards basis of the years of service as showing, i understand the no power situation but the slack on customer service, friendliness and poor work performance of some of the employees ? i was paying for a service, wasn't free, at least quality of the job, not to mention all the grease at the car door, wheel and my driver sit stained i washed so not a worry, but the rest oh no crazy , was a total nightmare my experience at this location, i just said thank you and i leave driving my car shaking my head like wow. feels like i bother someone there, got treat it unfair without respect for the value of my time and money. wondering if this happens often, Thank God ill never be there to see it again, very unsatisfied with the service and the unprofessional behavior of the associates. I dealt with Mr. Rundle over a two week period and found him to be extremely professional, respectful, candid, and attentive. He was thorough in responding to my questions/concerns and was always attentive to my needs, without being overbearing. I have beenconnected to this dealership for well over twenty years having bought my 2000 Yukon XL from the same dealership, although it has undergone major changes in every area, including management. I was very knowledgable of the former management through my professional career in education and had very positive experiences in dealing with them. I was actually a little skeptical of purchasing a new vehicle from "new" people that I did not know but I prefer to stay local. Mr. Rundle is the primary reason that I rate this experience so high. I have nothing really negative to say about any of the other folks with whom I encountered at this dealership but Mr.Rundle was excellent. More
I started my journey about 3 weeks ago looking for a car for my wife. I knew we wanted an Enclave and called all over the state of Florida to see if someone had exactly what we wanted....Mike was able to f for my wife.
