Got the truck I wanted after 8 hour round trip to get it except the paint was covered in swirls and scratches after they applied their “advantage/special dealer coating” with a dirty pad. They did correct i except the paint was covered in swirls and scratches after they applied their “advantage/special dealer coating” with a dirty pad. They did correct it by paying for paint correction (after multiple ignored emails). A brand new truck shouldn’t have needed that. A lot of time spent to resolve a problem that shouldn’t have existed. Sales person knew next to nothing about the truck and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Good thing I did my research. Julian in financing was FANTASTIC. Informative, helpful, and friendly. Won’t go back here for my next car but they did try to make things better. More
