I purchased from Gainesville Buick GMC a clean used car in great condition. The presentation was excellent. But the post-purchase service is not commendable. The finance department sold a third-party warra in great condition. The presentation was excellent. But the post-purchase service is not commendable. The finance department sold a third-party warranty by way of leveraging financing. I cancelled it in a week after giving it a second thought. I have been trying to have my principal payment refunded for 8 long months. Based on my overall experience, my best advise to you is to avoid this dealer at all cost. More
