Delivered as promised and it looked great, and they handled the out-of-state paperwork - no problem. They work as a team so they were easy reach to get answers. Kyle was my salesman, he was diligent with excellent follow-up - better than dealers local to me. They seem to enjoy working together, with an upbeat atmosphere which is also makes them better than other dealers I've worked with - I think Sean their General Manager gets the credit for that. I love my new 2020 Terrain Denali! More

By far the best car-buying experience! Cortlan was extremely helpful in making sure I was able to walk away with the exact vehicle I wanted, at the exact price point I was hoping to stay at!! On October 20, 2020 we purchased a 2021 GMC Canyon with many "bells & whistles" but no owners manual/s. We noticed on the drive home & turned immediately around and were back at the dealership within 10 m many "bells & whistles" but no owners manual/s. We noticed on the drive home & turned immediately around and were back at the dealership within 10 minutes. I told the salesman and he said he would find one or order another for us. I went back a week later after not hearing anything from him or anyone else at the dealership. Again he apologized but assured me they would order an owners manual and have it sent directly to our home since we live about 30 miles from the dealership. Almost two more weeks have passed and still no manual or calls. If I buy a $15 toaster I get two pages of operation and safety instructions! We always had Chevrolets but this GMC just seemed right, however, we need to know how to operate all the "bells & whistles". This is how future sales squashed. More

Only negative is that when I test drove the car, it had two key fobs. After purchasing the vehicle and getting ready to drive away, they stated that one of the key fobs was for another car. I was told they would take care of getting me the second fob. However I was told that I would have to pay for it even though I was initially told there were two and was shown that there were two. Was told I’d be contacted by a manager to discuss. Never happened and paid for it. Otherwise would have give 5 stars More

Listed a truck on their website that had not gone through their inspection process. I was originally in contact with Steven, who seemed helpful at first. I drove from west palm to Gainesville to look a their inspection process. I was originally in contact with Steven, who seemed helpful at first. I drove from west palm to Gainesville to look at the truck, and it wasn't until I arrived that I was told (by Neil) it had problems and couldn't be sold. When I asked for clarification on what the problems were he was unresponsive. I was then told by Steven, in fact it could be sold. I asked that before I stop by someone explains to me what the problem is so that I can assess if it's worth buying still as I have a 5month old son and I don't want to spend hours at a dealership if I'm not going to be leaving with a vehicle. I was assured by Steven on multiple occasions that someone would be in touch right away to let me know. I never received a call/email or text with this information. Extremely unimpressed with this experience. You'd think a car dealership would be more motivated to sell cars... More

Had the pre-owned we wanted. Other than that, not so great. Not very knowledgeable about the car they were selling.
