We took her car into Gainesville Buick Body Shop, which handles many different Brands & Models of cars, including VW. From the moment my mother walked in, she was warmly greeted, to Kyle and his team taking the time to walk my mom through their inspection of the vehicle, the importance of the photos, plus explaining the entire process in step by step detail. Our insurance adjuster was familiar with the Gainesville Buick Body shop, and was more than pleased to work with them. We were updated at every step, including when additional hidden damage behind the bumper was found. Best was that this location has Rental Vehicles available on site, which meant we did not have to Uber/Lyft to an off site location. When we picked up the car, Kyle did a walk through of the paperwork and car to point out the quality of the work.
