I took him straight to the car I was interested in and he prepared everything for a test drive promptly. We sat down, talked about a budget, and everything took off from there. I was in and out in a little over two hours (which is extremely fast vs. experiences I've had in the past at dealership) and Pearce made sure my car was prepared in every which way before leaving.
