Appointment Eschewed by Salesman Scheduled a noon appointment with James Hasley after emailing with him several times. Was looking to buy a new car. Showed up, was with another cus Scheduled a noon appointment with James Hasley after emailing with him several times. Was looking to buy a new car. Showed up, was with another customer, a different salesman pointed him out to us, which James saw, as we were 10' away. James proceeded to ignore us, did not acknowledge us despite being 10' away and setup a noon appointment, and spent the next 15 minutes with the customer that was there before us. After 15 minutes it became apparent James was not going to honor his noon appointment or even greet us, so we left. Don't setup appointments and then ignore the customers you made an appointment for. More
