Needed an oil change for my Ram. Scheduling was easy, I was first in line, was out in less than an hour. The service experience was the absolute worst I’ve ever had at any place. I was quoted wrong pricing. I was told my service would take two hours and it ended up being seven. High pressure from dealer to get something done, when we only went in to get an air bag changed from a recall. We were told it would take three hours and it turned into an overnight deal. And on top of that only went in to get an air bag changed from a recall. We were told it would take three hours and it turned into an overnight deal. And on top of that , we were told they need to order a piece. Why wouldn’t a service dept have what they needed on hand before they told us to bring the vehicle in? And in addition to all this, they tell us we need over $3000 in repairs. We felt high pressure into getting this , which we did not. We were considering purchasing a new vehicle , but all this high pressure turned us off. The first air bag replacement was done at our home in twenty minutes, so why did we have to bring it in for the second replacement? Waste of time it seemed to us, and it turned into a two day ordeal, and very inconvenient to us. And if we had listened to them, it would have been a cost of over $3000 to us. More
