Service department was horrible. Sales team at miracle Chrysler was great it went smooth. I got the extended warranty and that's when things went down hill. I took my truxk in for a fuel pump replacment and the the guy calls me and all the sudden I have lights on my dash now that weren't there before. He tells me if they fix it now I won't have to pay another deductible or any thing else, Where as if I bring it back I'll have to pay another deductible. The lights that were on were abs and traction control lights theu said. So I went to pick up and my bill is way more then it was suppose to be and they tell me warranty didn't pick it up so its on me after i was told by bryan that it would be covered if i did it wile it was there. The warranty they claimed "bumper to bumper". So I was lied to over charged and it took 3 days instead of 3.3 hours and they wouldn't give me a rental car the last two days because they didn't file the claim for the light issue untill I asked them to. Brad Billingsley and Kyle Townsend got me a car so i could .ake ot home and back to work the next day. Just an awful experience I wouldn't recommend the service department for any one. More
I drove my dream car off the lot!!! I started my journey at Miracle two years ago when Vernon sold me my first charger. When I went to have my 2013 charger serviced I was told miracle wa I started my journey at Miracle two years ago when Vernon sold me my first charger. When I went to have my 2013 charger serviced I was told miracle wanted to trade my 13 charger for a new 2015 charger off the lot. At first, I was skeptical because I was so far upside down in my 2013, I knew it wasn't going to be possible to drive my dream car off the lot. However with Brads' positive attitude and determination it was possible. By his side was John Booker who literally worked a "miracle" to have my interest rate go from 11% all the way down to 1.9%. Also Brad and John were able to keep my car payment within my price range.. WOW!! I am just beyond blessed to have a worked with such a great team who made me a priority. Thank you again for all of your help! More

Robert Sharp, who I believe is a recent hire, was one of the nicest service writers I have ever met. Even though he was busy ( a co-worker was out receiving training), Robert always made sure that I was kept up to date on my car's progress. He took extra care to make sure my bill was correct before he presented it to me, and explained it thoroughly before handing it over to the cashier. I highly recommend this dealership. B. Wade More
Emergency Repair I was traveling out of town when I experienced transmission problems. Called Miracle just because they were close by and informed Vernon what the issu I was traveling out of town when I experienced transmission problems. Called Miracle just because they were close by and informed Vernon what the issue was. He immediately fit me in even though he knew I was not local and would not be a returning customer. They quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue under warranty. His repair allowed me to safely complete the ten hour drive home. Shop is extremely clean and appears to be well organized. If I lived closer I would always get my car serviced there. More

Handled Impossible Car Repair With Class & Concern A couple of weeks ago I brought in my 2007 Pacifica for a strange rumbling noise when the air was turned on and, after a one day service major $$ at p A couple of weeks ago I brought in my 2007 Pacifica for a strange rumbling noise when the air was turned on and, after a one day service major $$ at pick up, thought everything was fine. Next day the noise came back. Earlier this week I had to bring the car in a second time for the same unknown "noise" and got a rental vehicle for what I thought would be another one day service. It turned into four days of service with no luck in fixing the noise. It was a baffling dilemma for the service department, who after several diagnostics, parts replacements and specialty techs, had to call Chrysler for possible insight into the situation -- no luck in fixing the noise. To their credit, the service department really did all they could to fix the problem, and they did it with class and courtesy to the customer...me. It looks as if there may be something behind the timing covers causing the noise, but the service techs are letting me take the vehicle to a local mechanic who did previous work on my vehicle. I used Miracle when my car was newer and still under warranty for service problems, as well as for regular oil changes and tire rotations. However, as my car got older and because Chrysler no longer produced Pacifica, I also used a local private mechanic for minor repairs and oil changes, in conjunction with the Miracle service. Since the service department did all they could to no avail, I turned in my rental vehicle and picked up the car this morning. I am going to take the car to another local mechanic who did some timing kit work on the car a few months ago and for which I am still under warranty. Hopefully, the problem will be resolved. And, if not, I will be back to see if there is something else that can be done. I gave a five-star rating to the dealership because of their tenacity in trying to figure out the problem, the outstanding courtesy and customer care relationship from the service service department (Shawn called daily and sometimes more to keep me informed of the situation), as well as the kind and empathetic concern of the administrative department making my rental pick-up and return very easy and painless. I do not have the name of the woman who set me up with the car but Ciera was great on the return. To my surprise, my charges were minimal on the service fee -- only charged for oil change and tire rotation. There were no charges for the diagnostics on the vehicle or the rental car. It was not something I expected after four days of having my car in service. My husband (has a Dodge pick up) and I are truly repeat customers of Miracle and I have every intention of purchasing my next vehicle from them, once Chrysler, Dodge, Ford or Jeep come up with something that rivals my Pacifica. I really love the way it handles, not a lot a major repairs even after 8 years, and the luxury type features it offers (albeit, I did like the technology in the Dodge Dart -- the ride, not so much). So, kudos to Miracle's service department and administrative workers. We didn't accomplish what we all wanted (hence, the four stars on quality of work), but you made it much easier for me to move forward. Thank you. More
