Those Whom Truely Care. I was headed to college and stopped to get a small bite to eat before the long college hours then all of a sudden I hear a big pop and thought someone I was headed to college and stopped to get a small bite to eat before the long college hours then all of a sudden I hear a big pop and thought someone hit me. Looked all around and no one near by, turns out it was my fan which had broken off and plowed right into my radiator. I call Mr. Vernon Ousley and explained my problem and he took care of it. He is the kindest and most genuine person when it comes to getting our vehicles fixed. He makes sure that what needs to get done is done. Thank you Mr. Ousley for your honesty. Because of you I will not have to doubt that my car will be worked on properly. We need more people like you because that is what brings customers in. Knowing that their vehicle is in good hands and that we are not getting the run around. Thank you for always being kind and a professional pleasant person. Excellent Service on Dodge RAM Thought I knew the cause of electrical problem but their diagnosis nailed the real trouble. They quoted a reasonable price and fixed it in one day (had to order parts). Miracle rented me a nice car for $25 so I could go back home to south Nashville. They phoned next day to say part was late but they would be finished by late afternoon. I arrived about 15 minutes after their office closing time of 6 pm due to horrible traffic on I-65 N, but several Miracle employees were working late and got me checked out - "service with a smile". So - QUALITY SERVICE and PLEASANT CAPABLE STAFF - it really is a miracle! More

Terri Appleton from day one has gone above and beyond to ensure all of our jeep needs were met and continued to follow up until we had a resolution. She is the type of employee that any business owner woud be more than grateful to have. She is very professional and although I've not met her personally it's obvious she is a great person. We also worked with Steve Reynolds who also made sure we got resolution with our jeep issues; he was friendly and professional and helped us without hesitation. My husband dealt with Vernon Ousley and he was very happy with the work that was done on our jeep. I don't live in Gallatin and I have a jeep dealer within 3 miles of my house but I won't take it anywhere but Miracle and it's because of the staff. Thank you Terri, Steve and Vernon.
