There are no traffic jams in going the extra mile when you are working with Charlie Piper (sales) and Sandra Jones (finance). I arrived at Miracle Ford with an appointment to meet with Charlie. I had already done my research and pretty much knew which car I was buying that day. My research had already shown me that Miracle Ford does many things well, including presenting a hometown atmosphere, having a friendly and professional staff, using some of the latest technology in the financing department, and, of course, having a state-of-the-art dealership. What you may not know is how hard they will work to get you the best deal possible. I thought Charlie was going to have one of the easiest deals ever. He immediately got back several finance approvals, but there was a kink with Ford Credit's approval which was offering 0% financing. I signed my paperwork with 2.7% financing which was great, but Charlie told me they weren't giving up. Over the course of the next 5 hours, Charlie and Sandra worked relentlessly moving up the chain at Ford Credit to work out the kink. Later that afternoon, I received the call. They refused to get wrapped up in a traffic jam as they went the extra mile only to be successful in getting me 0% financing and saving me over $5,000. They are for sure a hometown favorite! More
