I have never used you for an oil change, but I decided to with a coupon for $49 full synthetic. My bill was $90 at pickup. I came in last night to get an estimate of what my Ford Escape would be for a trade-in. Gunner immediately greeted me with a smile. He was very professional and friendly. I bought the vehicle within a couple of hours of stopping in when I was just planning on looking and getting some price comparisons. When we were done, Gunner went to shake my hand and I had to give him a hug - I felt like I had made a new friend! I had already been treated very well by Lauren in the service department, so I feel good about keeping my business at Gallatin Ford. As far as I'm concerned, they have found a lifetime customer! And I am already bragging to my colleagues and friends about Gallatin Ford. More
