My wife Teresa and I were interested in purchasing her a new vehicle. I had previously owned 4 F-150’s and the last was my favorite vehicle ever. I had recently rented a F-150 while my current vehicle was b new vehicle. I had previously owned 4 F-150’s and the last was my favorite vehicle ever. I had recently rented a F-150 while my current vehicle was being repaired. She and I loved the rental and she commented that she might like driving one as her vehicle. On October 31st, I stopped at Miracle Ford to get the battery replaced in the key fob of my her Ford Explorer (her fourth Explorer or Mercury Mountaineer). I decided to take a peek at a new F-150 and found one I really liked. Cameron Hall approached me and pointed out some of the trucks features. I sent her pictures, but I didn’t know if she was serious about driving a truck. We returned to the dealership later and Cameron convinced us to take a test drive. He and John worked with us to get us a deal that we were comfortable with and we purchased the truck. Both were great to work with. We have owned the truck for almost two months now and love it. We have taken it on two trips. I’m amazed at the fuel mileage with the V-8 engine and The super crew cab has so much room. Thank you Cameron and John for making this purchase so easy and pleasant! Rude and poor service from managers After weeks of back and forth and "we'll call you back today" a part that I was told is covered under factory warranty would now cost me out of pocket After weeks of back and forth and "we'll call you back today" a part that I was told is covered under factory warranty would now cost me out of pocket, for a car thats pretty much brand new. Managers trying to tell me that the factory "bumper to bumper" warranty wont cover a part on the car. After TWO months of this back and forth and constant voicemails I went up to the service department where the manager tells me to go to the body shop manager who tells me to go to the service manager, THEN tries to tell me to go to ANOTHER ford dealership to get it fixed. So after arguing back and forth about how FORD themselves say its covered the nasty receptionist at the front throws the part at me and my fiance and tells us "take the xxxxing part ill make them xxxxing pay for it" Ive dealt with Miracle both dodge and ford and got the run around with both stores. Would not recommend to my worst enemies. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAVE THE HEADACHE, AVOID MIRACLE!!! More

Bad business. Tried to file a false warranty claim 6 minutes ago-Edit I am very disappointed with the service that I received on my wife's 2017 Mustang GT convertible. On November 15th 2019, I stopped 6 minutes ago-Edit I am very disappointed with the service that I received on my wife's 2017 Mustang GT convertible. On November 15th 2019, I stopped by to talk to a service writer about the issues that my wife was experiencing. The initial complaints were a groaning noise at highway speeds and the rear windows were not closing correctly. The service writer, TJ, told me that they would be able to look at the car and would work with the 3rd party warranty company which is SilverRock for Carvana. On Sunday night 11/17 we dropped her car off for repair. No call on Monday 11/18 to me or from me. 11/19 I called and left a message, no return call. On 11/20 I called and left a message, no return call. Then around 300 pm on 11/20 TJ called and said the car would be ready for pick up. I felt a little dismayed due to the fact that I had not heard from anybody about what repairs were needed but I was happy to pick up the car for my wife. After work I caught a ride to the dealership to pick up my wife's car. TJ told me that the wrong parts had been ordered and that it the correct parts would not be in until Friday 11/22. I took the car with me and once again on Sunday 11/24 We dropped the car off for repair. Same thing again. No call on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. I called and left a voice mail for TJ evveryday with multiple return numbers, but still no call. I finally had enough and went to the dealership around lunch time on Wednesday 11/27. Tj was unavailable so I spoke to another service writer who told me that he had overheard on Tuesday 11/26 that the wrong parts were ordered again for the window repair. I asked him If I could take the car with me and he said yes. Surprisingly after I took the car I received multiple calls from the dealership to which I did not answer. At this point I was fed up with the lack of communication and the inability to repair the car. Thursday 11/28/19 was Thanksgiving so I took no action towards the repair. Which leads us to today 11/269/2019. I called SilverRock, the warranty company, and explained to them my issues with the lack of repairs and the lack of communication from the Miracle Ford of Gallatin dealership. The lady I spoke to asked for me to hold briefly while she did whatever she need to do. After a brief hold she came back on the line and told me that the Dealership had completed all of the repairs on my car and was attempting to call me so that I could pick up the car. Wow.... the dealership just lied to the warranty company. The car is in my garage and the repairs are not complete. Here i was worried that the warranty company would be an issue to deal with for the repairs of my wife's car but it turns out the the dealership and Tj were the issues. I will never take any vehicle to that facility again. Nor will i ever recommend anyone do business with them. Scamming an warranty company and misleading customers is not the way a business should be run. SUMMARY: Took vehicle to Miracle Ford twice for the same repair. Car still not repaired. Dealership trying to file a false claim with third party warranty company. Bad business. More
