Super friendly staff, offered beverages, very accommodating to all our needs. The finance manager was fast and efficient getting all the paper work done. Honestly the quickest deal from start to finish I've ever had with any car dealership. Five stars just for that in my book! The sales lady was super friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to my needs exactly. Carmen was her name, to whomever reads this she was on point 100%. I loved the fact she listened to what I wanted, it was truly a breath of fresh air! I even got the floor mats I wanted! I would drive 300 miles just to buy a car from Miracle Ford again. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! More

Bought two 2018 Ford Escape Charlie , Jay Morgan and Sandra all worked together very hard to get myself a good deal on my trade in with today's fuel prices I'm glad that I traded Charlie , Jay Morgan and Sandra all worked together very hard to get myself a good deal on my trade in with today's fuel prices I'm glad that I traded from v8 Nissan that only got 16 to 18 mpg for a 2018 Ford escape that I'm averaging 31 mpg with a 44 mile round trip for work this makes a big difference , I actually bought two new Ford escapes More

Went out of their way to accommodate my family needs.
