Josh took his time to explain all the features, to listen to my concerns, and was neither pushy nor overly aggressive. Every time he pointed something out, he made sure I understood. I also had the privilege of meeting Jim Morgan and Jim Odell, which both were also kind and very helpful in getting me through the process both quickly as well as efficiently.
