Brought the car in for a recall issue, and although Ford had not released the fix for my car yet, I was able to work with Kalyn and her team to get my 80,000 mile service done. The text messaging and video had not released the fix for my car yet, I was able to work with Kalyn and her team to get my 80,000 mile service done. The text messaging and video walkthrough of the vehicle inspection helped me make decisions on specific services and the digital portal made it easy to accept or deny specific fixes. Car was ready on time and pulled into the service bay out of the rain for me which was a nice touch of service. I’d be happy to bring my vehicles here again and would recommend Gallatin Ford to my friends if they need service. More

We arrived early for our appointment (about 25 minutes). They took our vehicle back and the service advisor said it would take about an hour. The car wasn’t even looked at. I’ve heard horror stories about this stealership and now I know why. I guess when something is getting “warranty/recall” work they just like to put y I’ve heard horror stories about this stealership and now I know why. I guess when something is getting “warranty/recall” work they just like to put you on the back burner and not give you any updates. The car was scheduled to have work done Monday morning when they opened, here it is Thursday evening at almost closing hours and it’s still sitting in the same parking spot, not touched. I’ve called another dealership in a different town and they said it’s been handled poorly and they would work me in the very next day. So I will be picking up my keys from them as soon as I get off of work. Wouldn’t even trust them to work on a hot wheels car. More
