So I had three requirements and Don took them and called me back and said we have two a silver and red which one did I want I told him the color and it was as easy as 1 - 2 -3 and we were driving home that night. It was the most professional and easy buying experience I have ever had with any purchase. I'm so grateful that Don exceeded my expectations and my wife is fully satisfied. Worst experence with service I have ever seen, Towed my new Taurus that was bought at Galpin to Galpin Ford Service as it would not start and when it finally did, would not go more than 25 miles Towed my new Taurus that was bought at Galpin to Galpin Ford Service as it would not start and when it finally did, would not go more than 25 miles a hour, car was there almost 2 weeks, called everyday, took them 5 days to return first call, finally after 12 days they tell me car is ready, went to pick it up, would not start in there lot, waited two hours and finally they bring it up, drove it home, will not run after shutting it off and the battery is fully charged, I have called 6 times about them picking it up and fixing it, no call back after two days including the service manager Patrick McNeely, I have never seen a bunch of idiots like the group at Galpin Ford More
