Excellent sales rep During my experience at Galpin Ford Zabi Rahmany had excellent service. He went above and beyond and out of his way to get me in the car I wanted. He did a great job in doing so and I'm very pleased. Unfortunately the car wasn't at the Ford location but was at the Galpin Honda location nearby. This dealership unfortunately had terrible customer service, waiting hours just to see the car. After loosing the keys and many other hiccups Zabi Rahmany proceeded to help me. He had great service even though the Honda dealership was not accommodating. More

We sat down and she went over all my options, answered my questions and concerns, and provided all the info I was looking for. In no way did I ever feel rushed. Delfi was very patient with me. They were able to work with me to get me into a new car and at a payment I was comfortable with. Veronica was also very nice and helpful, she assisted with final paperwork and warranty. More
