On a whim my wife expressed that if we could find a Ford Explorer within the right price range we may be tempted to consider buying. Nothing immediately available , but Z tracked us down in the service area. He had gone out of his way to find the vehicle in the adjacent Galpin VW lot that met what we described. He treated us with respect and patience and worked with the sales manager to get us a deal that made sense. It was obvious that he is a family man and was concerned about ensuring our family was well taken care of. While we waited for finance offered us a meal and then after my wife went home , followed me home so we did not have to make my wife drive back to the dealership. WOW, I rarely find customer service like this anywhere. Speaks volumes of Galpin's leadership holding true to their vision and mission. More
