This dealership lies and would do anything to get you in I had gone in several times to make a deal on a new explorer and we finally decided on a price and car. The only thing left was to bring in my trade- I had gone in several times to make a deal on a new explorer and we finally decided on a price and car. The only thing left was to bring in my trade-in. I made a specific appt with my salesman and i again asked if he would definitely be there when i was coming in. He said "100% certain and stop worrying". Of course my husband and I came back and not only was our salesman not there, but they had no record anywhere of my "deal" and frankly we'd have to start all over from scratch. No one could even call my salesman to ask. It was horrible, shady, and i'd NEVER purchase a car from these liars! Everything you've ever heard about sleazy car salesman is true at Galpin. More
