My salesperson, Zabi Rahmany, immediately put me at ease - he was knowledgeable, soft spoken and very low key - and he made my whole trip there pleasant. He took a lot of time with me and even though I was very undecided about which car I might like to buy - he was never impatient nor did he try to pressure me into buying, When I finally decided on the car I wouldn't buy Mr. Rahmany took a lot of time to explain the buying process to me and his explanations were very helpful. He is very patient and really made me feel like the customer comes first as it should be. Worst service I have ever received One star only because it not possible to leave zero. After hearing an advertisement for a good deal I called to confirm with the dealership. Then afte One star only because it not possible to leave zero. After hearing an advertisement for a good deal I called to confirm with the dealership. Then after driving for four hours and being passed off to one of the most condescending slime xxxxx I have ever met (Manuel) he proceeded to run my credit without my permission. When I discovered what was going on and the ad was a lie, I asked to speak to a manager (Steve Butts). Instead of retrieving the manager the slime ball Manny submitted my credit info to the bank, again without permission. The company refused to allow me to speak to the manager who as it turns out is just as awful as everyone eles we encountered and refused to allow me to take the paperwork containing my sensitive credit info and social security number. Thus confirming all the negative used car salesman sterotypes and leaving empty handed to drive four hours all the way back from Van Nuys to Palm Springs. They didn't even offer to compensate the gas I wasted driving down. More
