We leased a FORD EDGE perviously, and had reached the end of our contract and needed to decide what to do. I was thrilled with my EDGE and the leasing experience with Michael Moses at Galpin Ford was a wonderful 2 years ago. We knew we wanted to work with Michael again, but we were unsure if we would be purchasing the EDGE, leasing again, or buying something new. I'm 8.5 months pregnant with our second baby boy so we considered looking into a car with a 3rd row of seats. We test drove (and LOVED) the EXPLORER. We decided to purchase the EXPLORER and we're thrilled with our choice. We had another fantastic experience with Michael and everyone at Galpin Ford. I cannot recommend working with Michael Moses enough - he's the best. Combined, my husband and I have purchased several cars over the years and nothing compares to working with Michael. He's professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. More
Bad customer service I bought a used car a few months back. Was not certified, but I would still think they inspect it before they sell it. Had the car a couple month I bought a used car a few months back. Was not certified, but I would still think they inspect it before they sell it. Had the car a couple months when it starting misfiring. I lived approximate 50 miles from where I bought the car. So I took it to the nearest Ford dealer. After inspection they told me that the spark plugs were very badly Corroded, and that they may be the original plugs. So I paid to have it fixed, over $600. When I called the dealership to get reimbursed, they would not do it. The salesman told me I should have brought the car back to his shop. He said all they can do is refund me $150. I said the car had 107,000 miles on it. I would think they would have checked to see if the plugs were every changed. I told him to KEEP the money, this was about Principal & Customer Service. On another note, I was sent an email for a survey review, tried to submit a poor review but their website prohibited me from checking a poor review, but when I checked the box for excellent the submit button lights up. So their survey prevents anyone from giving a bad review. I think that is horribly wrong and to me that's CHEATING! The used car dept. Is very unsatisfactory. I will never go to that dealership again. I don't recommend. More

We had settled on possibly leasing a vehicle when Ryan pulled a used Scion out of his hat and got the financing all settled. After a horrendous experience at another dealership earlier in the day Ryan did a fantastic job to lift our spirits and get us out the door with our car. I cannot overstate the job Ryan did. Everything from being friendly to going to bat with us on financing issues. Thank you! More

I am now retired, and don't have the long commute I once did. Michael and his son, Josh, were immediately able to find me the exact F150 I have always wanted. Another great deal As most of my car shopping experience have been, I pretty much know what I want to buy or lease. My first purchase was from a Salesmen named Barrie Eget. I would buy cars from him when he was at Magic Ford in Valencia. When he moved to Galpin, I made sure I went there too. Well Barrie has moved on to bigger and better things and I was in the market for another car. I called Barrie and he recommended a salesmen that he trained himself. And that person is Frank Nessie who is now a Finance person. Frank had Haig, I can't find his last name right now, help us find the right car for us. As in past shopping experiences, we are taken to the car lot where all the cars are stored. We get to look at all the cars and choose the one we want. Please believe me they give the best deals because they have the biggest inventory. Once again Galpin has done a wonderful job. I will get my next car at Galpin too. More
Get it at Galpin with Patrick & Jim Third times a charm. I upgraded from my '14 Focus hatchback SE (loved her to pieces) to a '15 Fusion SE. What can I say? Patrick Wellman and Jim Mello Third times a charm. I upgraded from my '14 Focus hatchback SE (loved her to pieces) to a '15 Fusion SE. What can I say? Patrick Wellman and Jim Mellon make the leasing process seamless and fun. The Fusion is a solid upgrade with a lot more bells and whistles and style at half the price of other luxury cars. It's taking some time to get used to the size, but I love the styling and responsive handling. Styling wise--If an Audi and an Aston Martin had a love child, the Fusion would be it. She definitely has giddy up too! So I guess all I can say is : Get it at Galpin. More

He has always treated me courteously and with the utmost respect for my time as well as my money. Needless to say he got me another fantastic deal that I could not refuse. Well, I guess that's why I keep going back to him. He now has his son, Josh assisting him and I have to say Josh is already a great asset to Galpin. He took me for the test drive and did a thorough job of showing me how to operate all the features of my new car. Polite and hard-working Josh has a great future ahead of him. More
