We didn't want to get a new car, but needed one. My husband and I had a lot of concerns and didn't think we could do it by ourselves. The economy had hit us hard! With Michael's expertise, insights and help, he empowered us by showing how we could, and build towards our future as well. He made us see the bigger picture, and we were able to walk out with a new car, a conservative monthly payment, and peace of mind! They were able to respect our boundaries of what we wanted and needed: and could afford!!! The 2015 Fusion handled like a dream; I was sold on it. Michael was personable, attentive, and patiently responded to my questions and concerns. He did all he could to get me a good deal. Curtis Cressall made this experience great. By far, this was the best and easiest car-buying experience I could have hoped for and think I lucked out by getting one of the best salespeople. I called Galpin Ford and they put me touch with one of their sales staff, Curtis Cressall. I live about 200 miles away from Galpin Ford but they had a car in stock I wanted and Curtis was very helpful explaining everything I had to do, and for making the process so easy once I drove there from Central California. Curtis is very professional, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I had no unanswered questions. It impressed me that the process was so fluid and streamlined. I didn't expect it to be so easy, having never bought a new car before. Anyhow, I wouldn't think twice about making the long drive down there again in the future if it meant I got the chance to work with Curtis again. Curtis even showed me how to download and use the Ford mobile app on my phone, and consequently brought me into the 21st century! As for the dealership, it's great too. Large number of vehicles and everyone is friendly and helpful. More
