I pick the car, Michael finds it, Dave does the numbers then Michael walks me through the rest, from test drive, to paperwork, working around my schedule, finding the exact choice car I need and not only giving me a great deal, but going above the call of duty to offer additional options to my car AFTER the deal is closed, and taking my family to dinner! You simply can't make that up, this is the real deal and no other dealership went to those lengths for me. And, it's not like I am buying a luxury, but I get treated just the same like a VIP. Michael is showing his son Josh the ropes of good service, and it pays. Rare to see such pride and legacy in one's work, especially in an industry that can have a reputation for the opposite. I plan on being a customer for life there! More

Great Experience I have been considering buying a used (new to me) car for some time. I finally decided to go to Galpin Ford to see Matthew Sanes at the recommendatio I have been considering buying a used (new to me) car for some time. I finally decided to go to Galpin Ford to see Matthew Sanes at the recommendation of a friend. My intentions were to compare and drive a few cars to see what I liked so I test drove the Ford Edge. I thought I wanted the Flex but hated the set-up of the seats, so drove only the Ford Edge. I finally decided on a 2008 Limited over a 2012 Edge and I LOVE my purchase. The salesman, Matthew, really made the experience easier. He was upbeat, nice and when issues popped up he was very relaxed about it. We were there for a long time, but I guess that's just the process of buying a car. The only problem was our financing rate was a little high, but that's okay as we will just refinance for a better rate with our bank. The price of the car was fair, the allowance for our trade-in was fair and they were able to compromise to make a down payment that fit our budget. We recommend this dealership and Matthew and will be back for future cars for us and family members. More
Bad Customer Service I took my Taurus wagon in for a transmission check and emergency brake issue in April. They told me no one was in on Saturday for transmission checks. They discovered I needed rear brakes and rotors as well. I was told it would take a couple of hours. I was there 7 hours. I was also told the emergency brake was completely shot and would be $600 to replace. I passed on that. I signed up for the transmission to be checked, on a waiting list. I received a call May 13th to bring it in on Monday 7:00am. They didn't even touch my car until Wednesday the 18th. I was told they found the problem, and they had to order parts. This was a warranty issue, since I had purchased a new transmission back in Aug. of 2012. I got a call on the 25th that my car was ready. I didn't make it on Thursday, so I picked it up on Friday. I was being charged $209.53 for new transmission mounts. I asked if they were replaced back inn 2012. I was told no, that was separate. I also had to pay $190.75 for a rental car from them. Every dealer I have ever used, when it was a warranty issue, has never charged me for a loaner or rental. I was told he took 5 days off already and that's all he could do. The customer service desk is staffed by "kids" barely out of high school, that made me write and cancel checks, because I was given the wrong total. I was visibly upset at the counter, and the service Manager would not even make eye contact with me, after he heard me asking for his business card. These people may be the largest sales dealer for Ford, but the sure as xxxx don't "get it" when it comes to customer service. I'll never use them again, ever. More

I have twins and the car that I had did not fit the bill. I originally did some searching on line and was looking at the Ford Edge. I made an inquiry and shortly after received a phone call from Gary Judy in the internet department. He scheduled an appointment for me to come in and when I did he introduced me to Nicholas Palatas from internet sales. I explained my situation to Nicholas. First! Thank you Nicholas for being more like a friend than a salesman. Nick was very helpful in introducing me to the line of vehicles. We looked at the Edge, then the Explorer, and then finally what I ended up purchasing, the Flex. Normally when I buy a car I feel like I am the one being run around and pressured, but this time, I actually felt a little guilty running Nick around. He made it his mission to find me exactly what I needed. His patients and understanding of what I was looking for mixed with his light hearted personality actually made this experience Fun.. Yes, Fun! When all was narrowed down to what I was looking for it came time for the brass tax. MONEY. Folks, between Nick and the Sales manager Sam Mongeau, these two searched their inventory to find the absolute best fit. Everything I was looking for, with all the toys and an even better finacial outcome than I expected. I can only recommend that if you are looking for a new Ford, whether you know exactly what you want to buy or if you are like me, really needing someone to help you find exactly what you need with everything you want, do not hesitate, ask for Nicholas Palatas, tell him the Mushroom guy recommeded him and I know he will find you the best possible car with the best possible deal. Thank you Galpin Ford for putting someone like this on your team to assist customers. I will be returning when it's time to buy again!! More

Get it at Galpin!!! I just got my second car with Galpin! I got a 2013 Jetta last year , got a 3 year lease... I just had it for 1 year (May 30th 2014) I walked in becaus I just got my second car with Galpin! I got a 2013 Jetta last year , got a 3 year lease... I just had it for 1 year (May 30th 2014) I walked in because I had the one year service on my jetta... I met Chris Lopez and we started talking while I killed time, needless to say I left Ford in a BRAND NEW 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid!!! When I only had the VW for one year and two more down to go CHRIS LOPEZ made it possible for me to trade out of my simple jetta and into a FULLY LOADED FUSION!!!!!!! And my payments went down!!!!!! THEY WENT DOWN! I'm saving so much on my car payments and on my gas!!! I hardly put gas now!!! Chris Lopez worked so hard to show me a great deal! And I wasn't even shopping I loved my jetta and now I love my new Fusion!!! He made me feel comfortable and welcomed! Along with his managers Michael Peyton and Ray Fini, my credit wasn't so good so they worked together to get me a new car!!!! A CAR THAT I LOVEEEEE!!! The GM Terry Miller went into finance to congratulate me on my new purchase!!! They make you feel like family and let's not forget my Finance manager Michael Gould who explained everything to me step by step... When my car was being delivered Chris Lopez (my salesman) explained everything to me and connected my phone also showed me how to charge my car... The next day Chris called me to follow up, which I appreciate because most people make the money off of you and then don't even remember your name... But not Galpin they remember everything about you which is really good!!!!!! I LOVE MY CAR... My salesman and all of the managers over at Galpin!!!!!! You need a car!? GET IT AT GALPIN !!! More
