Soon after Austin greeted me, my nerves were put at ease. He was a cool, easy-going dude and we chatted casually as he showed me different cars and told me about them. I was most interested in a Ford Focus, and after taking one for a test drive, decided that was the car I wanted. He then took us back to his office where we went through some details about financing and eventually it was all set - he then brought me over to Jim in finance, who went over all the paperwork and that sort of stuff with me. Jim was also an awesome guy, we talked while going over everything and it was obvious that I wasn't being pressured into anything, it was all easy-going and comfortable. Also, while we were waiting for my insurance company to fax over proof of insurance, we were given a free lunch at the Horseless Carriage, which was very nice and the food was great! Eventually we got everything taken care of and I drove off the lot in my new car. This was a great experience that could not have gone better. Thanks guys! More

You simply can't make that up, this is the real deal and no other dealership went to those lengths for me. And, it's not like I am buying a luxury, but I get treated just the same like a VIP.
