Great buying experience! I don't know anyone who loves buying a car. From walking onto the lot, to being zeroed in on by a salesman, to having to haggle and negotiate a deal. I don't know anyone who loves buying a car. From walking onto the lot, to being zeroed in on by a salesman, to having to haggle and negotiate a deal. I was expecting nothing less when I went to Galpin to buy a much needed new Explorer, but instead what we found was a pleasant surprise. We were set up with sales man Jack Wallace. He wasn't your typical sales man. He was young, upbeat, and the guy literally ran everywhere. While we searched the lot for the car I wanted he shared with us a little about himself and how he came to be a salesman at Galpin. He was also very knowledgable about the vehicles we were looking into. Even when it came down to negotiating a deal, he remained friendly, professional and honest. It was extremely refreshing and really made our car buying experience a positive one. Jack is a great person, and salesman, I'm sure though he'll be finding himself in a management position sooner rather than later with his personality, customer service philosophies and his ability to outshine the rest. More
