Dana Singleton ( Salesman ) gave me the best service I have ever received. He went out of way to please me and my family. I had originally walked in with a terrible situation in my hands. My father and niece finance a car through another dealership. Long story short they got a really bad deal. I was willing to help them out, by trading in the car and taking on the negative equity. At the moment I was already looking into buying a car for my family. So I figure why not. Before I went to Galpin. I had gone to other dealerships. The service was terrible. All they were trying to do was sell me a car. They weren't willing to hear me out or answer any of my questions. Completely ignoring my purpose. However when I went to Galpin. It was a completely different experience. Dana was very attentive, answering all my questions and concerns. Giving me honest feedback. Offered any possible solutions he could think of. At the end of the day, no deal was able to be done. That's how bad of a deal my dad and niece got from the car they finance. But Dana did everything in his power to help us out. Even after that he kept in touch. Making sure everything was fine.
