Today, I came in to get "Sophie" ,my 2012 Focus, serviced for her regular maintenance and ended up trading her in for a 2014 Focus SE hatchback! Patrick was able to find an upgraded car that fit within my budget while Jim showed me my options at the inventory lot. With a couple of signatures I traded Sophie in for the new gal (still have yet to come up with a name for her!). I'm sad to part ways with Sophie since she was my first brand new car, but she served me well. Now on to bigger, better things with the SE hatchback! But in all seriousness, the customer service at Galpin always exceeds my expectations and I never expect less. I had been wanting to purchase vehicle for a couple of months and couldn't decide what to buy, since my budget was only $15,000. I stopped by Keyes Mission Hills Hundai on Sepulveda and Chatsworth. I was months and couldn't decide what to buy, since my budget was only $15,000. I stopped by Keyes Mission Hills Hundai on Sepulveda and Chatsworth. I was looking at a 2012 Nissan Altima for $13,999. The guys at that dealership were doing anything they could to push that vehicle off the lot and said they could beat the deal that my credit union was offering (5.7%, 0 down payment, 5yrs, and an overall total of $17,300). They, were trying to sell me the car at $17,389 with 10.34% for 5 yrs for an overall cost of $24,000. WHERE ARE THEY BEATING THE DEAL??? So i went over to Galpin Ford on Sepulveda and Roscoe where I was greeted with Sales Representative REBECCA BUCAYONG, who found a vehicle for me and stayed withing the $15,000 budget. At first she didn't have a vehicle within my price range but either later that day or the following she called me and said they had a 2012 Toyota Corolla LE for $15,000 out the door. I thought she was kidding. She was not! I went in and after an hour or so she had all the paperwork ready to be signed and dated. I was then turned to FERNANDO BOLANOS a finance manger at Galpin Ford who printed up the contract with all the numbers and didn't try to sell a lot of stuff i didn't want or care for ... I went in with a budget and list of I was looking for and I drove out with an affordable, reliable and gas saving vehicle. This experience was incredible, if only car buying would this easy everywhere. After my wife and I test drove four different models in one day he let us leave the lot with a promise to make a follow-up appointment i experience. So, I bought a Mustang from Galpin a couple of days ago. I went specifically to Galpin because they happen to be the largest Ford dealership in the country and that being said, I wanted to see a large colle I went specifically to Galpin because they happen to be the largest Ford dealership in the country and that being said, I wanted to see a large collection. I was amazed at how many Ford’s I saw over there. Probably have over a hundred of just Mustangs. There’s tons more. I was extremely content with my experience and the level of customer service I received. Especially by Micahel Knerr, one of the guys working showfloor. He was absolutely amazing in every way and the kind of salesman I’d try to mimic if I ever wanted to be in the car selling business. This guy was straightforward, he was honest and not pushy at all. (which is definitely a plus). I never felt like he had other things on his mind. It was all about me; He was very focused on helping me. This is how I met Michael. I’m 18, and have been saving up for a car for a long time. I’ve always loved mustangs. My Dad is in the car business and used to sell Mercedez, and now just any kind of car. My dad wasn’t gonna pay for any part of my first car, and neither was my mom, so I decided, even when I got my license at 16, I was not going to buy a cheap first car. Some of you might say that’s foolish, but I wanted a nice car for myself to drive. I saved and saved and worked my but off, both from allowance savings and working as soon as I could get a work permit. When I got to Galpin I just walked around looking at cars. Most of the people there thought I was visiting with a parent and just happened to be browsing while that parent bought a car. Because of that, they paid me no attention. But, Michael. That guy noticed me looking at the mustangs and came over. We started talking cars, laughing. He was great. He enjoys cars, and knows a lot about them. He took me seriously as a customer despite my young appearance, which made me feel great! We looked at a couple of different models of mustang, different years, etc… and then I found the perfect one. I was sold on that Mustang right then and there, and of course, it was in my price range. So, then Mike went to work getting me the best deal he could. Man, can that guy work magic in his fingers and voice to make miracles happen. ?Guy got the paperwork done quickly and efficiently. Now I got myself I nice ford mustang to show off with. ?If you're seriously considering getting a car, call Galpin and ask for Michael Knerr. If you live a ways from Galpin ford, still go. It’s an amazing experience if you do it right. So call Mike. Let him know you’re schedule so you can figure out when you’d like to come in and what you're looking for, that way when you arrive he'll have had some time to check. He’ll look at what’s in their current inventory, what the available options are, and the incentives you can get, etc, all based on what you’re looking for, or he’ll look if you have no idea.
