I purchased my first car from Galpin Ford back in 1999 as a high school senior going off to college and had a positive experience. In the years that followed I enjoyed my car very much, but after 10 years I a high school senior going off to college and had a positive experience. In the years that followed I enjoyed my car very much, but after 10 years I ended buying a used car more local to where I resided. I bought another used car after that locally. Both of those experiences were not overly pleasant and I felt as though I was a bit in the dark about features, warranties (if any), etc. Today at Galpin was the most pleasant car buying experience I have encountered ever. All the gentlemen, Terry, Gary, John (in finance) and David were pleasant, listened to my questions, and seemed to really want to make me feel like I was getting what I wanted. David especially took the time to explain features in my car, help me set up Bluetooth, and work to get the deal done with the specifications I had for my new car. I greatly appreciated that. More

I went to Galpin Ford a couple times trying to make a decision on purchasing a car. The staff were friendly and were not overbearing. It was a good experience. Even the receptionist was very cordial on the phone which is a rarity today. Anyway, he was off that day but he said he would be willing to meet me at the dealership. He heard my concern and wanted to get me in the right car and deal which was important to me. I purchased a VW Jetta car, not a Ford but I felt good about the purchase. Even when they were getting it ready I saw Mike was assisting washing and cleaning my car. Mike was great. He even took my rental car that I had after my car accident back to the car rental company. Very professional, kind and definitely where I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to go. I would send my family and friends to see Mike to purchase a car.
