The amazing thing was that when I left the dealership the car had an electronic issue with the radio. Like any great Sales Person Henrick did the right thing and made sure to still exceed all my expectations. Being a Sales Principal myself I know how difficult it can be to recover from a sales that did not go perfectly. Henrick and the Team at Galpin still made my purchase experience flawless. I bought my first new care here. I am not the easiest to negotiate with and I don't put up with much. I dealt with Curtis Cressall and his manager Dave and they were great. It's been over a month (intentionally waited to experience and insert feedback based on the entire experience) since I've purchased a certified 2013 mustang convertible. The Sales/Leasing person (Abe G.) gave great customer service, he was not pushy, patient (with the countless questions I had), very supportive and showed me exactly what I was interested in! He even followed up with a courtesy call inquiring my status/feedback about the car in which I really appreciate, it shows they really do care and its not just about commission. I heard from some folks the finance department was going to be the second part of hassling, going back and forth in them trying to get more out of you. Wrong again with the assumptions. The finance manager (Greg P.) was also a hassle free, comfortable, friendly experience!! The service department also gave unbelievable service, the service writer (Rick P.) was extremely supportive, friendly and with a smile provided me information I was inquiring about and had a "we can do" positive attitude! All in all they are dedicated, trustworthy, reliable, supportive and professional!! This was such a great, warm, trustful, hassle free experience!!
