Robert Katch came recommended on Yelp so when I went in to Galpin Ford and asked for him, I was told his office was actually across the street at the Galpin Premier Collection. The receptionist told us she would page him, and as we were heading out the door, I saw him already walking across the street to greet us. That was fast! Robert was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to help my wife and I find the right Ford Cmax Energi we wanted. He explained in detail the vehicle's features and benefits as well as recommending the best lease plan that made sense for us. He took the time to understand our needs as well as our budget but did it in an extremely professional manner, not blinding us with the usual smoke and mirrors you would expect at a dealership but rather, he was honest, listened, and genuinely cared about obtaining our trust and business with no pressure. This was pleasantly surprising as it was something I was not accustomed to in a car buying situation. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience at Galpin Motors. Car buying is always an intimidating situation but luckily Robert was there to assist us into our new lease. More

We were referred to Galpin through a good friend and were treated like VIP customers from the instant we began our buying process. Tim (sales manager), and Michael Moses, were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating through every step of the process. Our experience in the finance office was equally as pleasing, and rather than just "match" the terms that our credit union was offering, they offered us an even better rate! We felt honored, respected and valued - and these aren't typically words we use to describe our car buying experiences! I am over the moon about my new car - and am certainly going to recommend Galpin, Tim, and Michael Moses to all of our friends and associates! More

When it come to purchasing,I always contact Darin Arnaud,the best salesrep. a person could ask for!Darin is more than a salesman,he's a friend! When I bring my vehicles to Galpin for service,Steve Walker is the service writer who handles all my auto's service maintenance requirements!When it's time for car to be picked up"Ms. Cotton Taylor Alexander is the nice lady who handles all the paperwork!!!All 3 of these people(as all the folks at galpin) are very courteous,friendly & the best "they know their jobs"(professional)When I've purchased a vehicle,Darin always calls to check on everything,to make sure I'm happy with the new purchase!!Steve always contacts me, keeps me posted on the service procedures and when my car is ready!!The ladies in cutomer service are always polite & considerate,for example if its chilly out,they offer a warm beverage,if its warm out,they offer a cool softdrink or water!!!Very nice folks over there at Galpin,sure nothing is always perfect,but if theres any questions or concerns,they'll take care of it in professional manner!!!Good job folks,see ya next service or purchase!!! Henry in used cars was extremely pleasant and thorough and definitely knew his stuff. The finance manager that handled my deal was very honest and the process was quite painless. I have purchased many preowned cars from both private and dealers, however this experience was really first clss all of the way. My friend who I was assisting in the purchase of this car, and i were greeting dealers, however this experience was really first clss all of the way. My friend who I was assisting in the purchase of this car, and i were greeting on the lot by Farzin Rofagha and from the very begining he was respectful and helpful. Not your typical pushy sales person. At all times during our visit, we felt that we were the only ones at the store. This is a remarkably busy dealership, and obviously a reason for it. We purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry, at a very competetive price. Jon Bresson the sales manager at the time of the sale, also was very helpful and took the time to make sure the entire process was smooth. We came to pick up the Camry the next day and the car was detailed and ready to go. I must say that they make buying a car a most pleasant experience. The dealership is clean and well maintained. They even have a full service restaurant on the premisies of which they bought us lunch while waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Thank you Farzin for a great car. They showed various models, explaining differences, and options. Mr. Barry tried his best, making sure that I select the model that can get my job done, excellent!! Mr. Ray Finn was very kind and tried to accomplish my financial needs, and he did the best. Your receptionist girls were fantastic, Anytime I asked them to find Ray or Barry, they were very cooperative and with smile, even working inside that small cubic place, for three employees, seems to be very hard :) Thank you for understanding customer's need, financially and/or all other areas for purchasing a car.
