I went to the Galpin lot looking for a used car, Sean Butts helped me right away. I didn't find what I was looking for on the lot we were at so we went to one of the other lots Galpin owns and found exa Butts helped me right away. The paperwork was easy and smooth, and while we waited for finance we were able to have lunch on the lot at the cafe onsite. The car is great, I got a killer deal, and my needs were all met. When I went to the dealership, I went in with the intention of only test driving a car as I wasn't planning to purchase anything for a few months. When I arrived Michael was really casual when we first met and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. He took me on a test drive on the first car, and just listened to what I was looking for and we engaged into a very non salesmen like conversation. When we returned, he took what I had told him and suggested a couple of other cars that fit my desires. He didn't try to push me into something that did not fit my needs. We went on a search to find what I looking for, as we walked to look at a couple of other cars, he suggested a car that fit exactly what i was looking for but, from a different maker. We looked at what I had asked for but they didn't quite fit all my needs. I remembered the car he very nonchalantly mentioned. Because of this I asked him to let me test drive the car, and I was exactly what I needed. I appreciated the fact that he not only showed me the cars that I wanted to see, but also took what we talked about and guided me a car that fit. The price negotiations were handled very good and no pressure to add thing that I didn't want. I purchased the car and would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I thank him for his time and for listening to my needs!!! More
We went with the intention to buy. We had another offer in hand. They were terrible, keeping us waiting while they debated and still wouldn't meet the other offer twice. where to start. I was bought a NEW fusion on the 24th of January 2013 from a sales guy Josh. I bought the car in the evening (night) and when I was taking the car from the lot I notice swirl marks on the January 2013 from a sales guy Josh. I bought the car in the evening (night) and when I was taking the car from the lot I notice swirl marks on the driver door, the back bumper also had some issues. I pointed them out to josh who promised they would detail car, clean and fix the paint. The next day we noticed the inside middle console was not aligned and other issues on the outside of the car. Called josh again he promised that the car will be taken care of, i dropped the off Monday 1/28/2012 , they did give me a lender car to drive until the job is done. Got a call Friday the Feb 1 that the car was ready. Went Friday to pick up the car and guess what. Now paint was pealing off the bumper on both sides. The middle console was not flush and cars inside still was not clean, hand prints on the sit and so forth. I was getting very upset. To me now this is not a new car. I called josh and I was told the same thing. I tried to get a hold of the manager Tim no call back, Left message. I told Josh I wanted a new car to replace this car because now they have to keep the car another week to fix the bumper, Remove and repaint!! he said no. I'm very, very very unhappy. they told me that FORD does not always make a prefect car and thing like this happen. Wow!! So as of today I'm paying for a "New" car that I don't have because yes,, it still be repaired!! Today is 02/07/2013!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY CONSUMER. UPDATE!UPDATE!UPDATE!..........I pick up the car Friday the 8th took it home. Saturday Morning my wife calls me at work and tell me the trunk lid wont stay open. I contact GALPIN right away he said bring it in as soon as i can there is an adjustment that can be made. So on monday on my way to meet Gary at Gas, he cant fix it. the car needs to go back to service.JEFF FROM GALPIN responds to my review and then mr TERRY MILLER (MANAGER) contacts me. the car is at galpin 2/13/13 till 2/20/13 cant be more disappointed about this whole thing.i feel like im being ripped off.this is not what i call a new car.MR MILLER said you will make this right. i don't know what that can be. I HAVE THE CAR NOW AND THE TRUNK STILL DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY.TERRY MILLER TOLD ME THEY DID ALL THEY CAN AND THAT'S THE WAY THE TRUNK IS. Our son, Bryan purchased his Mazda Speed 3 from Galpin Mazda. I can honestly say that Galpin moters has always given us the best possible automobile purchasing experience possible.
