What can I say, the folks at Galpin are really really helpful. They will walk you through the test drive process even if you have absolutely no idea what you want. I walked in with a VERY specific budget in mind, thinking I was only going to be able to afford a base model Fiesta. They worked out such a good deal for me that I ended up getting a 2012 Fiesta WITH power everything AND Sync for the same price of the base model. I am very, very satisfied with my experience. The sales people are not at all the super crazy pushy people you commonly have to deal with. Overall I felt very relaxed. More
Do Not use Galpins Service Center. I went here, spent over 1000.00 then less than 2 weeks later my truck started having the same issue as before. I took it to another Ford dealer which told me the work t over 1000.00 then less than 2 weeks later my truck started having the same issue as before. I tried to contact Galpin Service Center and they were totally unwilling to work with me.... I had bought 3 trucks previously from Galpin but now, I will NEVER go back More

I purchased a new F-150 FX2 in March. I was told I would receive Sirrus Radio for 4 yrs. 2 mns later I was advised it was actually 3 yrs. 4 mns later I am now buying my own Sirrus. They offered a yr due to receive Sirrus Radio for 4 yrs. 2 mns later I was advised it was actually 3 yrs. 4 mns later I am now buying my own Sirrus. They offered a yr due to a " misunderstanding?!" no misunderstanding, because imfenale I believe they thought I would take what ever they offered and go away. This isn't over, I will leeveryone know Galpinis not a dealership of their word!!! More
I cannot say enough words about my experience. I have never been taken care of so well by people that i didn't know. Miguel was my first point of contact and he was with me through the whole process. My credit was far less than perfect, and Miguel, Brandon, and the entire Financing staff fought to get me my car. Granted, there was a lot of waiting on my behalf-- but they offered me a courtesy meal at the restaurant in the dealership (Get the Shrimp fajitas!). long story short... Galpin Ford is amazing in every way possible. The folks at the dealership made me feel like I was a priority and i didnt feel like i was getting the attention just so they could make a sale. I am absolutely in love with my car, and without the help of the guys at Galpin Ford, that would not be a reality. More
Galpin is unusual. I can say this because my cousin Galpin is unusual. I can say this because my cousin was a long time GM at two BMW dealerships so I know how bad dealership behavior can be. In my opinion Galpin sets a standard that other dealerships would do well to emulate. Galpin is very relaxing, elegant, professional, no hard sell, no pressure, no "getting you in the box and grinding you," and they have a HUGE inventory. They bend over backwards to get you the deal you want. I am on my fourth vehicle from them, both leased and purchased. I have sent my friends and even my extended family to Galpin and everyone has had the same experience of feeling relaxed, taken care of and given the best deal possible. How rare is that for that 11 people to agree on anything? Galpin is very deft and mindful when choosing Its sales staff. They are, without exception, a joy to deal with. My favorite salesman there is HENRIK EINFELDT. You can trust him. He is honest, upbeat, knowledgeable, and works really hard for the customer. He is accessible via text and email as well as by phone. He gets back to you fast and never leaves you hanging. You can contact him well after the deal is done and he is as personable and responsive as he was during the sales transaction. The sales manager JEREMY GULLER is a true and consistent asset to Galpin. He oversees the deals and he brings integrity, heart and real customer care to the table. When it is time to go sign all the paper work, the financial manager, RICHARD BAUM, is just simply a joy. He is efficient, funny, kind, thorough, professional. patient and very mellow. I just want to add that is truly a rare thing to spend a day at a car dealership and come away feeling relaxed and looked after. Usually you have to go to a day spa for that. But every time I have gone to Galpin that is how I felt. Don't be intimidated by the elegant, expensive show room. Or the fact that they also sell very high end cars. They are not snobs. Far from it. They will work super hard for you no matter what your income or credit score. My credit score was very low when I fist went. No other Ford dealership would deal with me. I was very down about it when someone suggested Galpin to me. Galpin treated me like gold and got me into a great lease at a price that I was happy with. Each time I have gone back to Galpin to upgrade vehicles my credit score has been higher and it speaks well of them that they treat you like gold no matter what your credit score is. You can talk to them. You can tell them where you are at and what you really need. They actually listen and take action to make something work for you. Maybe they are so unusual because they have one original owner, a man who steers the company toward his ongoing vision. What ever the reason, I am loyal to Galpin and I think it is by far the best dealership in SoCal. More
I am a big fan of Galpin Honda. Two years ago I signed my first lease agreement (ever) at Galpin Honda and I had a great experience. Today, I purchased my very own car for the first time and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. I got a great deal, with no hassle and honest talk. I have made both deals with Martin Teymouri who has been great on both occasions. He is very personable, honest and easy to work with. He worked well with me and helped me find a deal that fit my budget well. I felt zero pressure from him and he was very accommodating. The finance department was also great, they were very patient and helpful and didn't make me feel forced to purchase all of the add-ons. I would recommend Galpin Honda to anyone, they are great! More
I had one of my worst auto purchasing experiences with Galpin Ford and would not recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. They use their Internet manager as a way to lure you in to the Galpin Ford and would not recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. They use their Internet manager as a way to lure you in to the dealership and not as a way to expedite a sale. When I contacted their Internet manager, I was told that I would be able to drive off the lot with the vehicle I wanted, was told I would get a $1,500 rebate, and lastly, that I would be in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes. The vehicle was recalled and they wouldn't let me have a test drive. They offered me one with the larger engine size, which I didn't want. They wouldn't honor the $1,500 rebate and it took me over three hours to find that out. Ultimately, I didn't purchase the vehicle. I've never been treated as badly as a customer as I was at Galpin Ford. I hope that others don't experience what I did. More

I went to the dealership looking for a used, nice, affordable car, Nick walked the whole lot with me till we found exactly what I was looking for! I brought my 2 year old son and it was hot, Nick bro affordable car, Nick walked the whole lot with me till we found exactly what I was looking for! I brought my 2 year old son and it was hot, Nick brought us water and made sure we were as comfortable as possible while waiting for the paperwork and what not. The facility was very nice and they had a game room for children, which I thought was awesome! I have had several calls from Nick since buying my car to make sure I was still pleased, awesome place to buy a car! I will deffenetly go back in the future! More
