When My friend and I walked up into to lot we were greeted by many sales people but not"surrounded" which was rather nice. One gentleman offered to help us and asked what we were looking for and happ greeted by many sales people but not"surrounded" which was rather nice. One gentleman offered to help us and asked what we were looking for and happily helped us on our very long journey!!! We drove several cars and proceeded to the office. There was a sale going on so it was busy. Everyone was friendly and had a sense of humor. We were offered food later which was nice because the process took quite awhile and we were starving. The offices were nice and clean and cool helping the experience be pleasant. Teddy and Alex were very patient as I had many questions. They were able to answer all of them. I am very particular about some things when I am making a major purchase. I would definitely go back to this dealership even though they may be rather expensive in general. They have been in my neighborhood many years and have a great reputation not to mention sell many makes and models of cars. Bottom line.........I love my new car. I brought my 1996 Ford F-250(Mitzy)to Galpin Ford Service Dept. in 2007 to have her completely rebuilt from the tires up, including body work, drive train, suspension, interior and exterior, etc. They did a Dept. in 2007 to have her completely rebuilt from the tires up, including body work, drive train, suspension, interior and exterior, etc. They did a fabulous job of restoring and customizing my truck. She looks and runs better than new! John Fidelibus was my service advisor from the beginning and together with his team (especially Mel Summers, Jr.) and my vision of a mostly original but girly customization, this truck turned out awsome! I can't say enough wonderful things about John as he truly gives his customers the best service and advice you can get! It is now June, 2012 and other than normal services performed for maintenance, the last five years have been trouble free and my truck still runs better than ever! She's still as pretty as ever, too! Sadly, I am relocating out of state and the biggest worry I have is being able to find and count on any dealership or automotive service than equals Galpin Ford and John Fidelibus! The sales person told said the car I wanted has been ordered to the factory and i will be hew mustang in few weeks. When I went to Galpin, they offered me the Mustang that has 74 miles on it and told me the reason for the mileage is due to the factory testing. But I reazlized that it was the car that was sitting in their lot for months. Bascially, they tried to sell me car that was "used" as a new!!!! 3. Later I found out that the car they tried to sell me did not even have an option I had ordered! But they charged me the price for an option that was not included! 4. Before the "arrival" of the car I ordered, they tried to sell me another mustang which I suspected were returned after being sold. 5. So, customers, beware of their illicit way and unprofessional way of doing business. 6. My experience left me with an awuful disgusting feeling. 7. I am a minister and I am a teacher and I warn everyone not to fall victim like I have. More

The moment I walked through the main doors of Galpin Ford Dealership, I received professional, courteous and timely assistance towards the purchase of my new vehicle. Having had an earlier, brief conversation with Jeff Levy (Director of Fleet) and Darren Arnad (Internet Sales) regarding my vehicle preferences, we were able to complete and close the vehicle transaction within a few hours!!!!! Jeff displayed efficiency, diplomacy, professional yet savvy sales skills. His undying humor made time fly by so quickly!!! Recognition and appreciation is also given to Robert (Jeff's assistant), who also displayed outstanding, organized, multitasking, self starting and not to mention, warm and friendly skills. The finance manager, Ruth Vasquez, was another amazing Galpin Ford staff member - friendly, warm, personable, professional and efficient. My interactions with each of the Galpin Ford employees (from meeting other sales agents to the restaurant staff), was pleasant and enjoyable. I am now a proud owner of a top of the line Ford Fusion. The ride, interior and technology in my 2012 Fusion far exceeds what I had expected. The interior is so amazingly comfortable and luxurious that I feel like I'm relaxing at home on my leather couch. Instead of my big screen tv, I'm looking at the cars surrounding me and my amazing screen in the middle of my dashboard while on the 405 fwy. I talk to it and it talks to me, and I am instantaneously updated on traffic through my Microsoft Sync GPS monitor!!! Thank you once again to all the staff at Galpin Ford. He has communicated with us since our first sale by phone or mail. We decided to check into purchasing another new Ford. Dave and my husband were in communication throughout the week. (We live in Bakersfield, CA). My husband is disabled and requested that Dave set up the deal so that we would not have to be there too long. I worked with Dave by faxing over the necessary information he needed to get the sale ready. We went down Friday 5-10-12, in the morning to take our trade-ins in and picked up our new 2013 Edge!!! As soon as we got there, Dave and Charlie were there to greet us. We were introduced to Charlie and he too made us feel like family. Very approachable and kind. Charlie took extra time making sure that we understood the operational basics. He also made sure the outside of the car was spotless. He even had to wipe it down. It is important to have salesmen like Dave and Charlie to connect and accommodate your needs. Our experience was great. We were only there about 3 hours. I even saw the owner and his wife. They waved and smiled as they walked through the showroom. They are very proud of their business and employees. WE LOVE OUR NEW 2013 EDGE. One of the best and most none pressured experiences in getting a car!!! Everyone from the receptionist to the stewards with the cars were polite and all smiled and could not have been nicer. Stewart spent an enormous amount of time with us - patient and had a wonderful personality and sense of humor. He was very kind to my nine year old son - made sure he was not bored- gave him some balloons, etc. My wife and I could not believe how easy it was and we wound up with a great car and at a great price!!!!!
