I pride myself on being a good customer. I understand when things happen and all. But … I made an appointment at 8am on Friday morning. I dropped off my truck. Then after 8 hours I called and they told when things happen and all. But … I made an appointment at 8am on Friday morning. I dropped off my truck. Then after 8 hours I called and they told me that they haven’t worked on my truck and that they would not be able to look at it until Monday! The reason… and I quote “Because the people who waited at the dealer get pushed to the front of the line”. I then said but I called and made an appointment! It was very bad customer service and I will never go to this dealer again for anything. More

Wow, The purchase of my new 2012 Taurus was the smoothest transaction I have ever experienced. The dealership was clean and the people were very friendly with not just me but with everyone. I was shown well over 200 cars to look at until I fould the one that was just right for me. I was amazed on how willing they were to help me get the options I wanted on my car. However, after test driving the 2012 Taurus, I was sold. This car had everything I needed and what it didn't have Mr. Akavan was willing to have it added into the car, but once you get into the car it was great as is. Galpin Ford even gave me credit for being a teacher and discounted the car on top of all the other incentives. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Take a ride out there and check out all the makes and models they have. I was very impressed with the choice your able to make. At most dealerships they only have, maybe, 6-10 choices, I had several dozens of each model. The financing was simple and to the point, I was pre-approved, by Ford Motor Credit, to speed up the process and it did. Before you buy, you have to check out this dealership - it's worth the drive! I have been very pleased with my transaction with Galpin Ford. I have been doing business with Galpin Saturn and Ford for over 11 years. My car dealer, Dean Chiachi, was again, the "magician" by getting m Ford. I have been doing business with Galpin Saturn and Ford for over 11 years. My car dealer, Dean Chiachi, was again, the "magician" by getting me into another Ford Fusion. His attention to detail and making sure I was satisfied was his priority. He came in on his day off, drove me to Orange County to get my contract co-signed, and made sure I was completely happy with everything before I drove off in my new car! Another associate, Jim (I think?) helped Dean and I with the Guided Protection. The finance office took care of things in an orderly and quick fashion. I will continue to be a Ford customer as long as I'm treated the way I have been. Thank you again, Dean, for all your hard work! More

He was very knowledgeable knew all of his product, I've been to other dealers with salesmen who didn't know where the cup holders were at. We didn't buy the first day but Joe was kind enough to keep me updated with inventory and the whole finance process (since I just filed for bankruptcy a month ago). I never thought I could get into a brand new car with my credit issue but Joe Halpert and Jeff Stevenson were able to make it happen. I cant thank both of them enough for all their great effort and hardwork. Growing up as a chevy guy I never thought I would own a ford but Joe, Jeff, and team Galpin have done it. This is my first ford (2012 Fusion) and as long as galpin is around it won't be my last. Thank you again. More

Something very important the other sales persons my husband and I saw they need to learn from Mr. Herman Serrano because all they did ignore us for the first 5 to 10 minutes and didn't offer to help. Mr. Herman Serrano is inreplaceable, he has good customer service skills and for sure I will send family members and friends to see your dealer, to see him or other sales person with great customer service like Mr. Herman Serrano. Went to Galpin Ford after making an internet sale inquiry. We were contacted by phone about the inquiry and they expected us to come in that afternoon. When we arrived, we had to wait approx. 10 minutes before an internet rep came out to meet with us. Carlos was very friendly and took us for a test drive in the Edge. After the drive, we were left to wait about 15 minutes while he parked the car. When we finally sat down to talk numbers, they were not offering the rebate that was advertised online, they were offering 1000 less and kept telling my husband that he was wrong about the rebate amount. It took Carlos an unbelievable amount of time to return with the price on the car, which was no special internet price at all. When we told him the price we wanted to pay, he came back with Darrin saying they couldn't do that. They then offered to sell us a car we had seen at another dealership, promising us that the other salesman would "Share" in the credit for the sale. We left. We spent HOURS in the dealership waiting around for nothing...no deal, no nothing, and then them trying to take a sale away from another salesman who had done his job well. I have purchased 2 other cars through internet pricing and always got a deal. This was no deal, it was a hassle for nothing. My family has been purchasing cars from Galpin Ford since 1969, and now I will never go back, and neither will anyone else in my family. If you want a no hassle, fair deal, do not shop at Galpin Ford. More
