Something very important the other sales persons my husband and I saw they need to learn from Mr. Herman Serrano because all they did ignore us for the first 5 to 10 minutes and didn't offer to help. Mr. Herman Serrano is inreplaceable, he has good customer service skills and for sure I will send family members and friends to see your dealer, to see him or other sales person with great customer service like Mr. Herman Serrano. Went to Galpin Ford after making an internet sale inquiry. We were contacted by phone about the inquiry and they expected us to come in that afternoon. When we arrived, we had to wait approx. 10 minu inquiry. We were contacted by phone about the inquiry and they expected us to come in that afternoon. When we arrived, we had to wait approx. 10 minutes before an internet rep came out to meet with us. Carlos was very friendly and took us for a test drive in the Edge. After the drive, we were left to wait about 15 minutes while he parked the car. When we finally sat down to talk numbers, they were not offering the rebate that was advertised online, they were offering 1000 less and kept telling my husband that he was wrong about the rebate amount. It took Carlos an unbelievable amount of time to return with the price on the car, which was no special internet price at all. When we told him the price we wanted to pay, he came back with Darrin saying they couldn't do that. They then offered to sell us a car we had seen at another dealership, promising us that the other salesman would "Share" in the credit for the sale. We left. We spent HOURS in the dealership waiting around for nothing...no deal, no nothing, and then them trying to take a sale away from another salesman who had done his job well. I have purchased 2 other cars through internet pricing and always got a deal. This was no deal, it was a hassle for nothing. My family has been purchasing cars from Galpin Ford since 1969, and now I will never go back, and neither will anyone else in my family. If you want a no hassle, fair deal, do not shop at Galpin Ford. More

I had an issue with an out of warranty GPS. It was a very expensive option, and the antenna quit working. I rely on my GPS for my job daily. I called Ford Customer Service, who contacted Shane at Galpin. The expensive option, and the antenna quit working. I rely on my GPS for my job daily. I called Ford Customer Service, who contacted Shane at Galpin. They arraigned to have my car brought in ,fixed and even provided a loaner car. The car I brought in was a 2010 Edge. Because of mileage, it was out of warranty. I was very impressed with the Customer Service, going above and beyond what was expected. I did pay a small deductible, but was happy to do so with the level of service I was provided. Thank you for making this right. More
Our salesman, Bob Ware, met us with several selections and plans already lined up for us. He took all the qualities we wanted in a car and created an awesome range of vehicles for us to choose from. I purchased my new Ford in 2008 from Galpin Ford, and have only taken it to Galpin for service. The consistent quality, fair and reasonable pricing and the exceptional customer service from Robert Young have only taken it to Galpin for service. I own 2 other cars and have a network of very good independent service garages, and have always been of the opinion to avoid high cost dealer service departments. My experience of previous dealerships has been lack of concern unless the car is a new vehicle and paying higher than market costs for repairs and parts. However Galpin, provides the best of the independent quality and reasonable pricing with all the best advantages of a large dealership. I have never been treated on a lower scale with my economy car service then what I see with other clients with luxury vehicles. I would highly recommend Galpin Ford both for purchasing a new vehicle and keeping it serviced. My 2008 Ford Focus is my work commuting vehicle and has a wopping 90K miles and has never needed anything other than tires, and oil changes and the complimentary multi point inspections. Only recently did the dealership replace the spark plugs and fuel filter. Over all I give Galpin the highest of ratings, and cannot imagine how any dealship could do any better! More
