Robert Katch came recommended on Yelp so when I went in to Galpin Ford and asked for him, I was told his office was actually across the street at the Galpin Premier Collection. Robert was extremely helpful and really went out of his way to help my wife and I find the right Ford Cmax Energi we wanted. He explained in detail the vehicle's features and benefits as well as recommending the best lease plan that made sense for us. He took the time to understand our needs as well as our budget but did it in an extremely professional manner, not blinding us with the usual smoke and mirrors you would expect at a dealership but rather, he was honest, listened, and genuinely cared about obtaining our trust and business with no pressure.
