They have a great inventory of selection, so if you know exactly what you want, this is a good place to find it. They also have an extra lot about 5 minutes away. I decided to check out Galpin after listening to an ad featuring Don Rohde From Galpin Ford on KKLA "The Frank Pastori Show". The reason I decided to check out Galpin was I just had to see for myself if Don would actually deliver on his promise to help !! So, I called and took a chance and to my SURPRISE DON ANSWERED!! What an incredibly friendly, kind, knowledgeable and above all helpful salesman he was and that was just over the phone!! He took my information right there and told me he'd get back to me the next day. He did exactly what he said he would do and came back bearing good news. That in spite of my families financial difficulties he told us he was able to help us with an incredible interest rate. The very next day Saturday Oct 20, 2012 we drove from the Pasadena area and met Don and his associate Bob Ware. When I tell you that both Don and Bob went above and beyond to get my husband and I the best deal within in our price range would be an under statement. They were AMAZING !! They not only got us a new 2013 Ford Escape, took my old car in as a trade, but was able to secure a rebate and bring the car in right where we needed the monthly payments to be. Don and Bob's service was professional, helpful and genuine. Both of them had a great sense of humor and made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. Also would like to say a little something about the finance manager Ayaz Khan he explained the contract to us clearly, made sure we understood what we were signing and answered any questions we may have had. We will be back in a few months to do business with Don and Bob again when we buy our son his first car. I highly recommend these two incredibly professional and honest men . You won't be led down a path of deception, over inflated prices and time consuming scams. Two thumbs up for Galpin and Don and Bob!! More

Do Not use Galpins Service Center. I went here, spent over 1000.00 then less than 2 weeks later my truck started having the same issue as before. What can I say, the folks at Galpin are really really helpful. They will walk you through the test drive process even if you have absolutely no idea what you want. I walked in with a VERY specific budget in mind, thinking I was only going to be able to afford a base model Fiesta. They worked out such a good deal for me that I ended up getting a 2012 Fiesta WITH power everything AND Sync for the same price of the base model. I am very, very satisfied with my experience. The sales people are not at all the super crazy pushy people you commonly have to deal with. Overall I felt very relaxed. More

I purchased a new F-150 FX2 in March. I was told I would receive Sirrus Radio for 4 yrs. 2 mns later I was advised it was actually 3 yrs. 4 mns later I am now buying my own Sirrus.
